Distance: Is convenientely located just steps from a couple of the main avenues and only a 10-15 mins walk to the main plaza (Cathedral etC) in Puebla city downtown. Hotel: Rooms are in agreement with the description they are not fancy yet comfortable, they have the services you might need for a short trip, love the idea they have multiple electrical outlets and usb ports for your devices, they have an in room refrigerator with basics at really afordable prices. Bathroom and shower are small but again you are not paying resort prices, this is a boutique hotel. Restaurant: We only did breakfast there, it was convenient, good taste, and reasonable efficient (we wait a little bit cause they got a massive group that morning). However you're walking distance from one of the best options for breakfast in the city "Casa Reyna". Facilities: The hotel is clean, the decoration is consistent with the concept, if anything I'd like to criticize is the lighthing arrangements in the hallways. They are set to be activated by motion sensors and those are set so far away from each other so you kind of walk in the dark (happened on my floor, 2nd floor) nothing major but a detail I'd fix. My only real complain was my room location, great view, amazing yet being on the 2nd floor in the corner of two avenues was a tad noisy. In a nutshell a great deal for your $

It is a nice and fancy looking hotel, but be aware, they want to make a business out of your stay. They charge for any request: parking, extra hour for check out, etc. It is a cool hotel but the staff look bored and I unengaged with their job.

The only problem that I have is the WIFI connection. I stayed on the 4th floor and the wifi connection is so spotty. The rest, it was a great experience!

I was a perfect stay is really close to downtown,very safe,very clean it has a Viejo cafe restaurant which is really good I really recommend it that's my second time staying in the hotel and I love it

Located only a couple of blocks away from the center of town. Restaurants also located near by. Hotel has a beautiful restaurant but did not get to try it. Very clean, safe and with great staff

Great place and location with great customer service; however, the WiFi didn't work during the three nights I stayed there. This place doesn't even offer WiFi in lobby area. I had to visit the coffee shop inside the hotel to buy a coffee and pastry to have access to WiFi. I was working during this trip; having access to WiFi was essential. I recommend hotel leadership to invest in WiFi connectivity even if for a fee. I feel customers would not mind paying.

Wonderful room overlooking the historic district of Puebla with breathtaking views of Iztaccihautl and Popocatépetl. Friendly helpful staff and convenient on site café. We really enjoyed our stay.

Despite the view, if you're a light sleeper I'd recommend not staying on the rooms that are next to the street, ask to be on the other side. If you don't mind some traffic noise the ones with view to downtown are lovely

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and this last time will be my last. I booked the Deluxe King room - on the 4th Floor, and one that I have stayed in before. Instead, I was given a much smaller room with a much smaller terrace on the 3rd Floor. When I mentioned this to the manager Carla and her staff I was treated with disdain and my reservation, already paid for, was not honored. The reason Carla and her staff gave was that an event was taking place and even though I booked weeks in advance I was essentially downgraded and it was always incumbent on me to ASK SPECIFICALLY for the 4th Floor. Incredible reasoning given that should never have been my responsibility to do as the rooms on the 3rd floor and 4th floor are absolutely different. Their solution was that I could cancel and leave, even though my original request had been paid for. Absolutely poor client service. I was not reimbursed for the price of the room difference. Both Carla and her staff should reconsider whether they can properly do their jobs. I recommend Hotel Casareyna, just a block away, and much nicer with professionals available to help you enjoy your stay.
