This hotel is in a great spot with easy access to the shuttle routes to get you to and from the mountains. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Rooms were small but met our needs and there is drying room in the basement for gear storage.

We only stayed for one night be we loved this hotel. The family that run the hotel are very friendly and made us feel welcome, we will be going back.

Amazing service by all the staffs during my stay, including tips to different places. The place is very clean and well maintained. Will definitely come back again in the next skiing season.

The staff are wonderful. They are very welcoming, friendly, And accommodating. The room and facilities are clean, and very convenient for skiing, they are about a minute walk to the nearest cafe, restaurants, and shuttle stop. And they even have a great day room for your gloves and boots which ensure you are dry and warm and ready to go every morning. Not the fancies room, but they have everything you need. I highly recommend it.

The bar / breakfast area is charmingly decorated. Good breakfast. I hope to come back to Hakuba every year, and this hotel will be the place to stay for me.

The hotel is well located and close to bus stop to ski resort and ski gear rental shop. The host is nice and helpful and his family in fact lives there.
