Everything was great except, housekeeping never showed up. So same sheets, same towels, two rolls of toilet paper, that's it.

Check in/out was super easy and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lobby was modern, clean, and welcoming. Room was average; clean sheets/bedding and towels, bed was comfortable. Appliances were new and clean. Bathroom was dated and a bit grungy, counter and table tops were in need of cleaning, and the floors (while obviously newer) were pretty scuffed and damaged. Some dead bugs around room, but no evidence of bed bugs or live roaches. Some people hanging around outside after dark, but nothing I felt was dangerous or concerning. My only personal grumble: no curtains to block the lights from the hallway overnight. Property in general was well maintained although there were signs alerting to the fact the fire alarms and sprinklers did not work. Overall, the price and location outweighed any negatives for me. Bring some clorox wipes and an eye mask and you're set!

Great stay. Friendly staff. I HAD NO ISSUES. Stayed for 2 nights.
No roaches, 1 dead beetle. No strange noise or people. Very quiet. Tianos bakery is right next door, great place for breakfast. 15 min away from the parks about 20 bucks in uber.
Its no hilton, its not a fancy resort so dont expect much.
This place is perfect if your spending 12 hours at the parks amd just want a place you can shower and just sleep.
PS the pools clean.

i found 5 bugs over 3 days (all different types), i had to get a new keycard and was charged without being told the price or that i would be charged for it.

The check in itself was really easy and nice. Although the area and hotel itself seemed to have many people living there and a lot of drug usage. There were many young children roaming the hotel without parents and some people screaming extremely loud.

Dirty blinds was missing had to put up a towel in window so no one would peel in window while getting dress

ROACHES on third floor!!! The room looked so nice during the day but then the sun went down and the roaches came out. The next morning the lady at the front desk happily moved us to a new and better room. The property grass is full of litter and dog poop. If they fixed the bugs and trash everywhere it would be pretty nice. Staff was the best part of the experience. (Claimed to not know about the roaches but looking at the reviews you can clearly see its not a new occurrence.)
