While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for pets and children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

The place was so nice and so clean! We had a great time. They had everything set up were so sweet. The backyard is adorable! If you’re looking for a place to stay with a big group, I truly recommend it. There was so much space for everyone. And, Renee was such an amazing host!

Wonderful location! Very clean and plenty of dpace for all of us to relax after sightseeing. Check in and out super easy.
