This was a lovely stay. The land lady was friendly and very helpful. Clean tidy flat and everything was explained on arrival.

This was the first time we had taken our 5 year old grand-daughter on holiday, we stayed 3 nights, the apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed for our stay, the apartment was ideally situated, there is a lovely long beach right across the road with the harbour, fair, amusements and another lovely long beach a bit further away, there were plenty of places to eat close by as well as shops and just a 15 minute walk to bigger shops like lidl and b and m with aldi a little bit further down the road, nichola was an excellent host and was available to answer any questions we had, overall an excellent place to stay

The sea view 2 bedroom apartment is lovely, the view is just gorgeous. The beds are quite small though, and at the start there was a bit of a smell of unwashed humans that seemed to be ingrained but maybe it was just lingering from previous occupants as by the next day I couldn't smell it anymore. The main flaw of this property for us though was the lack of blackout curtain in the front bedroom, which is east facing, making it very hard for me to sleep well past 4.30am when the sun was rising.

Excellent value for money and great location with a wonderful view of the sea and promenade.
The host was very welcoming and the flat had everything we required for a short stay. Just remember to bring your own towels.

We enjoyed our stay. The flat is very clean and well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen had essential pots and cutlery etc. The beds were very comfortable. We had a double and a bunk bed in the bedroom. The host is very helpful and accommodating to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend the flat for families with kids.

Beautiful sea view from this clean apartment. Soft beds and comfortable lounge with a small kitchen area that had all the equipment we needed to cook our own meals. Easy access to the South beach and the rest of Bridlington. We recommend the Aloha restaurant next door very highly too.

We actually stayed in the owners other apartment nearby this has free parking too and was well located near the beach and harbour, we really enjoyed our stay and the owners were helpful and friendly, many thanks we will visit Bridlington again!

Beautiful views of the beach and sea,staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and there was plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children, parking permit was provided for a very small price. Will Definitely be staying again.

Property was an idea location for the event we were attending! Unfortunately the TV's were working throughout the property but the ladies did try and rectify this without success. All the basic needs were met and the two ladies were lovely.

The view is to die for all I will say is the flat is dated and could do with some tlc but you know what you look out the window and it all pails into significance that is what you pay for . The owners are fantastic always on hand thank you
