This property felt very unsafe, unhoused in the parking lot and part of the hotel was damaged due to fire. We ended up going to another hotel and abandoned our stay at this hotel. Unfortunate.

This property was recently a Motel 6. Pretty much everything is very, very basic. This is essentially an old Motel 6, and most of signs, and the soap wrappers still say Motel 6. Having said that, if you are expecting a Motel 6 you won’t be disappointed or surprised. It was good for what it was, and I’d stay there again.

This motel was not what I thought it was going to be. The pictures are extremely misleading. This is an old motel 6. My first room smelled so bad like cigarettes and perfume. They did move me immediately to another room that didn’t smell that bad.The room was extremely out dated. The shower insert was stained with dirt. The towels were really, really old. The mattresses were old and springy. Super uncomfortable!!!! The property was really noisy. I’m pretty sure people actually lived there. There were homeless that hung out in front making it very uncomfortable. My last morning I discovered a man sleeping in the laundry room. I was approached by him when I left. He asked me for my key since I was checking out early. This experience was terrible. I felt very unsafe! I have to say that I am really easy going and I don’t complain but this was awful!

When using the fan it brought in a smoke smell. Other customers were playing music very loud until 4:30 am. Cars racing up and down the street at all hours.

Worst experience ever! The sign on the street said motel 6 and only after pulling in did we see the Radisson banner covering the old Motel 6 sign. There seemed to be drug dealing going on in the parking lot and possibly prostitution. The room key they gave us had a person already in it which smelled like smoke and on the way to the room there was a stong pot smell. The check in person was confused and took fifteen minutes to check us in. After realizing we weren’t safe we decided to leave and were confronted by some of the vagrants mulling around outside the lobby. Previously Police had been called not by us but just drove thru. Keep in mind this was a family vacation with my 75 year old mother having to experience this. I thought with the Radisson name we were safe booking this hotel. But I was wrong. The front desk said they’d refund us but we’re skeptical we’ll see anything back. All of this happened at 11pm on a Thursday evening.

Staff were friendly but this hotel should not cost $137. Should be more like $60/night for the cleanliness and services, although staff was nice so that's something.

Linens smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. The space was very limited, including the shower.

Had to cancel. Unorganized and the rooms were filthy.

I DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT THIS FACILITY !! UNDESIRABLE PEOPLE WALKING AROUND AND SITTING ON THE STAIRS. IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THEY BELONGED AT THE MOTEL !! I ONLY SPENT ONE NIGHT AT THE MOTEL !! I CHECKED IN ON 8/22/2024 AND CHECKED OUT THE EVENING OF 8/23/2024. MY RESERVATIONS WERE PLANNED FOR A 8/26/2024 CHECK OUT !! RADISSON DID A POOR JOB OF TAKING OVER THIS MOTEL 6 FACILITY !! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANYONE !!

Bed was adverted as a queen and it was a full/double. The site in another building was recently involved in a fire and we noticed a number of seedy people looking into cars after hours. I had to yell at someone trying my car door handles.

The pictures provided online are so inaccurate. Our room was not bright and clean. It was dingy. We didn't want to set our things down anywhere. The non-smoking room wreaked of smoke. It was not what we were expecting at all. The staff was very nice, but the rooms need a lot of work.

I went to check in after a long trip, somehow foolishly expecting that I would have a room after reserving a room. What a fool I was. Despite confirming my reservation, I was informed that they just didn't have it in their system, they had overbooked and decided to cancel my reservation without telling me until I showed up at midnight trying to get some sleep. Thanks so much for the opportunity to wander around the sketchiest part of Santa Rosa trying to find a motel with an available room.

I am surprised Expedia allows this hotel as an option. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom, and one hanging from the light in the room. The white towels were discolored and there were brown spots on the bathroom sink. The bedspreads had stains. We checked in and checked out. I didn’t even want to put my suitcase down, the room was that dirty. On top of the filth, it is a hang out for homeless. There is a sign on the hotel door that says, please use the bolt lock for your safety. As an avid user of Expedia, I rely on their options. This hotel needs to be removed from the list of choices.

Drive up to the property and one of the buildings had fire damage and was boarded up. Booked a queen non-smoking room, got a room with a double bed and room smelled like an ashtray. Was able to get a different room which was slightly better, but bedsheet had a cigarette burn and pillows were flat. Back of bathroom door had been writing on it, they tried to scrub it off but you could still see it. Property is dirty and old.
