The hosts were very responsive and very nice. The place is charming and the view. Incredible. Be aware: the walk into town gets pretty hot and the walk back is uphill. Also be aware that to access the penthouse. You have to go up 85 Stairs. Someone was there to help us with luggage on the way down, but not on the way up. Uber picks up right at the door so you need not walk into town if too far or limited ambulation

The main reason I booked this property was the view in the photos, so let me assure you they are 100% accurate. The flat is amazing, and I will stay there again if I can. The kitchen had everything I needed to make breakfast in the morning and there is a market either up or down the street. The walk in Dubrovnik is pretty short, in no time at all you can be in the port you see from your balcony. The woman that gave me the key was very helpful and I hope I left the property in a reasonably decent state.

The property had a fantastic view as pictured on Expeida. A nice kitchen fully functional. Our host was wonderful and made us feel welcome. The three bedroom was very spacious and well appointed.
The stairs may be challenging to handicapped.

Simply splendid! We loved our stay. Kati is an amazing host and most helpful. The views are outstanding and worth every penny. The stairs are not a big deal but you’ve got to climb stairs to get to this beauty. Cash only. Thanks again!!!

This apartment had the most incredible view of old town Dubrovnik. The view was simply stunning. Now, there are stairs to get to apartment from the street, 95 to be exact. But it was worth the climb.

This is a wonderful apartment on the top of what must be an wonderful house. The top floor apartment has an insane view of the old city. Insane view. It’s comfortable, large, easy walk down to town, grocery shop and quick food just up and down the street. 5 stars.

This property was well appointed and very clean. The owner is lovely and communicative. The views were stunning...but those stunning views come at a price - 94 steps to the apartment. I highly recommend this beautiful, spacious property, just be prepared for the climb.

The pictures don’t do this property justice - the views are fantastic and the property itself is good. Host was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommend this place although you do need to be able to manage the steps up to the property.

The views over the Old City and the Adriatic from both of our spacious balconies (both with sturdy tables & comfortable chairs) were truly breathtaking. Immaculately presented, very clean, close to center. The approach to this Penthouse is via a long flight of stairs, the owner helped with our luggage. The beautiful, unbeatable views over Dubrovnik old town and the coast more than made up for this.

My best accommodation in Croatia. We stayed two nights. The view from the house was wonderful! It has one double bed, four single beds, two bathrooms, great kitchen and living room, two terraces. Furniture was antique and refined. I liked pictures on the wall, too. It was close to Cable car and Banje beach. It took 10 minutes from Ploce gate on foot. They offered free drinks and fruits as welcome food.
There is no elevator to the penthouse but staff helped us. Staff was warm and kind. They tried their best to offer us a comfort stay. It was worth to stay here, especially for family. We really enjoyed our stay.
