Very beautiful, quiet, clean villa, friendly staff. A delicious and hearty breakfast will cheer you up in the morning, and the sunset that you can watch sitting on the luxurious terrace will leave an unforgettable memory!

It felt like home away from home. The host was extremely welcoming, comforting, friendly. It was easy to be relaxed and feel safe.

We were lucky enough to get the B&B to ourselves in the dead of winter. Jossee was very accommodating to our dietary needs and gave us complete privacy. The breakfasts were excellent, our room was nicely appointed and we made good use of the both the hot tub and the double tub in our room. The common area is very nice and having some fridge & freezer space was great. If you want some exercise, there are great hills to walk in the area or it's 5-10 minutes to drive to the waterfront. We're definitely going to try to come back in the summer to make use of the pool!

Had a great stay at A Vista Villa. Sherry, the innkeeper, has done a fabulous job creating a a romantic getaway location in the suburbs of Kelowna. We stayed in the Regal Suite which had a private deck and great views of the lake and area. Lots of wonderful touches from Sherry to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Nice breakfast included, pool, relaxing environment and comfortable room. There are a few local restaurants but they are not within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellence all round great place for a weekend gettaway. The views were spectacular and overall the rooms the poolside and living quarters were comfortable and clean. Sherry was a great host. Thank you - for making our stay relaxing and comfortable Sherry! We will be returning soon. 😁

We had an amazing experience at this property we really enjoyed the facilities and the hostess Sherry was amazing. I highly recommend this property to any couple getting away to reconnect.

This is typical B&B, only 4 rooms, well maintained but really old-fashioned design. If you are in your Retired couple you will probably like it as it Feels like you get back into 80th. Our suite had very weird layout- no privacy at all. Only bathroom had a door, but the sink are and shower/bathtub did not have any separation from bedroom. If you want to change or shave your legs- you have to do it in front of your husband! No window in a bedroom, only one window in second room, that looks out to the pool, and only solid blinds. so if you want to get some sun or natural light into your room -you have to be prepared to be completely exposed to other guests, that are spending time by the pool. The owner markets the property is 'luxury' but in reality you get a feeling of 2.5 or 3-star properly: e.g. all bathroom amenities are provided in dispencers or large-size bottles, with hand made labels, no individual soap or shampoo as any decent hotel provides now to the guests. Old fashion coffee machine, and extra charge for 'gourmet' coffee. Locations is Far from everything and you have to drive to any place to get food or drink (no kitchen on the property). Very quiet area, close to goof course.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy. You can tell the proprietor of A Vista Villa put a lot of thoughts into the arrangement of the place. Massage chair adds a wonderful touch, especially after a long drive. Highly recommended for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway.
