The second floor has a loft with a futon overlooking the main floor with two bedrooms and a full bath. There are three queen beds on the second floor. The full basement has a wide-open area for gathering, games with a pull-out couch for sleeping. There is a large bedroom with a queen, a twin and a twin over double bunk. The basement walks out to a large patio with a hot tub, grill, fire pit and sitting area.
