This house is located in the heart of Colorado Springs which gives you access to all the major highways like powers, I-25, and it’s right off of I24. Everything from the medical center, great wolf lodge, night life and tourist attractions are nearby.

The Space:
Fully furnished miscellaneous home that is 3159 sq ft . This luxurious home has 5 bed rooms and 3 baths.

Keyless lock on front door. Relaxing front and back patio.

The master bedroom is equipped with a 65”Smart Tv, and free high speed internet Wi-Fi throughout the house.

2 bed rooms both include queen beds, the other 2 are full beds with nightstands, closets, 40” Smart Tv’s with high speed Internet. You have access to Netflix, and are free to sign into whatever app you would like!

The kitchen area has Granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances like the dish washer and fridge. It’s also fully stocked with all the essentials: a refrigerator, electric stove, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, plates and dishes, utensils, blender, and all the essential cookware.

The living and dining room is very eloquent with a very accommodating finish. The floors are also hardwood in the kitchen and living room. You also have the ability to use the washer/dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house. The entire place is yours!

The Neighborhood:
The area/neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by friendly neighbors. King Soopers, Target and all your favorite restaurants like Chic fil A and Starbucks are located within 10 mins from your stay. The four universities are within 30 minutes from your stay.
