The Red House in Leiston is a wonderfully furnished holiday home offering a modern space for up to eight guests seeking a short break or holiday only a few miles from the gorgeous Suffolk Coast. Leiston is a great location less than 4 miles from the popular coastal town of Aldeburgh, unique seaside village of Thorpeness, Sizewell's long sandy beach stretching past RSPB Minsmere all the way to the quintessential town of Southwold. The town itself has lots of independent shops and eateries, a traditional cinema, a Leisure Centre with children's pool as well as a 25m pool.
As you enter the property there is a hallway that leads into the well-equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining room to the right and a double bedroom to the left.
From the kitchen you can walk through to a second hallway where there are stairs are up to three bedrooms as well as a family bathroom coming off it. Further along you are led into the comfortable and cosy living room with a conservatory attached to it, a lovely spot to relax and read a book or have a drink in the warmer months.
Access out to the garden is through the French doors from the conservatory that open out onto a large enclosed private garden with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a meal outside in the summer.

Well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with gas hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge-freezer, sink, toaster and kitchen island with bar stools
Dining area with dining table and chairs for 6 people
Large family bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC
Living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, a selection of books and smart TV
Conservatory with bistro table and chairs and access out to large, enclosed garden
Downstairs bedroom with double bed, bedside table and clothes storage
First Floor:
Double bedroom with zip and link bed so can be made up as a twin if required, bedside table and wardrobe

There is space to park two cars outside the front of the property
