Rudyard House consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee maker, a dining area with dining seating, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link), king-size, and adult bunk bed, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a shared, enclosed, rear garden with patio, barbecue, and furniture, and public car parks available nearby.
