I updated host on my arrival time but this wasn’t taken into account. I had to wait ~15 min for host to arrive. Don’t expect much in English. Cons are: - Full of cockroaches - Most of the time, 1 out of 4 elevator is working… you basically get no chance of getting in as the appartement is in intermediate level ! - AC is a bit loud - Location : if you’re up for a sex tourism, this could be the perfect location ! I wouldn’t recommend this place for shorter stay as you get no service.

The pool looked nice although I did not use it. The parking staff were good.

The rooms are small. Small bed and not clean. The lift is a joke. Sometimes over 10 minutes to get up or down.

I enjoy staying at Horizon 101 , the condos facilities, the location , the staff, everything is good

THE CONDO , ROOM 28A The condo was in a terrible state , out dated furniture and desk and wardrobe made with cheap old fashioned materials, the bedding was disgusting, how old are the sheets they were that thin we could not use so we bought some , the pillows were very old and flat we both woke up after a couple of hours sleep with very stiff necks , the kitchen utensils were very bad, very cheap could not use we bought plastic throw away, the knives forks and spoons some still had hardened food underneath , the kitchen tongues and spoon were made of plastic and were old broken and very unhygienic should be stainless steel to clean better and put in boiling water. Shower screen Glass filthy full of scum disgusting, behind the toilet very dirty , and to top it off there is a bar with live music across the road and every night until 4-00am we were kept awake with the loud music I thought the band were in our room giving us a personal performance, pot luck when we had a hot shower and any water pressure , its a case of worst house on the best street , who ever owns it needs to gut the place , a fresh coat of paint and some decent furniture, new kitchen ware and double glazing on the window . Horizon 101 , I will always stay when I'm in Cebu but check some of your condos they are letting you down.

Almost everything about the experience was great. The room was clean, hot shower and great friendly service. Short taxi ride to both SM CITY MALL AND SM SEASIDE MALL. lots of local restaurants and shops.

Need a pass for the pool and it was never mentioned by anyone and there were no signs. There isn't any luggage storage facilities on site which wasn't good!

2020 wasn't the year we al expected. I was working at home since March and will still be working from home this year. The much-needed comfort and rest are what I wanted the most and I got it. Thank you to Teresa. Hats off to you. I wished I booked longer days. I will certainly book in the near future.
