Nonostante la struttura abbia i suoi anni, rimane una certa atmosfera d'altri tempi che non guasta. I luoghi comuni sono eleganti e le camere spaziose e pulite. Sicuramente il fiore all'occhiello è il ristorante. Qualità e varietà ottime. Passeggiata o navetta per raggiungere la spiaggia privata, dove è possibile pranzare guardando il mare. La spa, con piscina di acqua di mare, offre numerosi trattamenti. Buon cibo e relax.

El alojamiento fue genial! Habitaciones súper amplias y muy limpias, instalaciones maravillosas, la piscina (exterior e interior) perfecta, tuktuk para bajarte a la playa, la playa privada todo maravilloso. Las comidas también muy buenas con mucha variedad y el personal más amable que te puedes encontrar. Un verdadero acierto.
Hay veces que la música la ponen un poco alta, y la zona de restauración o de centros comerciales está a 15 minutos andando (o coges un taxi por 1€). En cualquiera de los casos, nada que no se pueda sobrellevar.

The staff were very friendly, especially Ibrahim and the lady in reception that helps with the stay, she is very knowledgeable about the area and is always keen to help. The dinner and breakfast buffets were really nice. Local beach is lovely!
This property is not a 5 Star! Not even close! I don’t know how they managed to get that rating. We found cockroaches in the reception toilet! The carpets throughout the hotel are filthy! We had stains on the walls all around the bathroom, no towels on arrival, luckily we were in the room when the maid just entered the room without our permission! The pools aren’t family friendly and are very tacky! The bathroom has a window into the bedroom so there’s no privacy. We found hairs all over our bed sheets, the rooms need a complete deep clean and re decorating! If you want to book a clean hotel then please look elsewhere! Please read this review and get your cleaners to CLEAN!

la thalassothérapie qui est très abordable en prix et qui procure des soins de très bonne qualité. Pour le reste hammamet est une bonne base pour visiter les fabuleuses ruines romaines de la dorsale nord africiane comme dougha et les citadelles bizantines du cap bon.

L'animation FRAM avec une musique assourdissante en mono juste inacceptable . on se serait cru dans un camping !
Pas de jus de pomme ou de jus d'orange au petit déjeuner mais un mix de fruit compact de la veille imbuvable .
Pas de carafe d'eau ! pour boire on est obligé de payer l'eau ! du jamais vu dans un hôtel .Je préfere m'arrêter là !

Room was comfortable, nice to have a balcony. So many facilities it was a short walk to the beach, pool in the courtyard, spa, lovely breakfast and dinner, buffet style. We ended up going back after a couple of days, and stayed for 2 additional nights. The spa was great, and staff helpful in booking transport and a day trip to sightsee.
My stay was too short, I would have liked to stay longer.

Spa was good thanks to booking that provided a 30% discount on the spa services. Without this significant reduction, the spa experience would have been quite costly for 5 members of familly
It was disappointing, as the actual experience did not live up to the expectations set by the pictures, the price seems high considering the location and it offers private beach access but the location isn't directly on the beach, the hotel provides a convenient tuktuk service or you can walk to reach the beach

Very nice building and rooms.
The water in the covered pool was not warm enough. We paid to rent towels at reception and there was nobody in the pool to get the towels so we had to go back to reception to ask and they said they'd send someone to us with the towels but nobody came. Also there was a group of like 30 guests who stayed up all night shouting in the lounge close the the reception and not letting people sleep and the staff didn't do anything about it.

It was a gated hotel. I arrived in a rental vehicle so obviously, I had to locate my reservations to get past the sentry. So security is very tight. It was a short walk to the beach from the hotel. The breakfast (provided) was exceptional. The amount and quality of the food amazed me. Great coffee for the morning. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
The staff really didn't explain how to access some of the amenities like the fitness center. And, I didn't order any meal with my reservation so, at first, I felt like I was getting the "cold shoulder" from the receptionist at the reservation desk. Why do I think this? Because the receptionist made a comment about me not having a meal plan. I'm not sure if she expected me to add it in at that time? Maybe I'm mistaken though.
