C’est la quatrième fois que je vais au Flora Park et j’ai toujours adoré… petite baisse de qualité générale… pas de gobelet dans la salle de bain… papier toilette un seul rouleau… plus de mouchoirs… mais nouvelle literie plus confortable

Ma femme et moi sommes tombés malade… et sommes allés à la pharmacie .. en rentrant à l’hôtel… nous nous sommes rendus compte que nous avions oublié un médicament à la pharmacie… donc nous sommes repartis à la pharmacie et revenus très vite… et là.. le drame, on s’est pris une violente remarque assortie d’une méchante discussion avec le gardien qui se plaignait de nous pour avoir dû nous ouvrir la grille deux fois de suite… alors que nous nous étions excusés pour le désagrément… nous étions plutôt choqués

L'hôtel est remarquable qualité/prix. Très propre, le personnel charmant et efficace, souriant et disponible à tout moment. La chambre était vaste et claire, vraiment remarquable.

Il y avait des soirs où le choix de nourriture était un peu léger, mais j'y suis allée en plein ramadan, c'est une période difficile, je retourne à l'hôtel en juin, je pourrai faire la différence.

Selection of food in dinner is poor

the rooms were spacious and clean. Dinner was okay. plenty of local dishes to be experimented. for a couple of days it is fine.

it is not adults only. plenty of children screaming at the pool. Variation of the food. couple of days it is okay, but then it is not. the guy at the pool constantly asking if I was having a good time if everything was okay when I wanted to be left alone. the beach area is pretty small, it you come after 10.00 you will have no place to lay at the beach.

The hotel location is good, just up the street from the medina and close to the beach. The relaxed vibe is lovely and the pool a refreshing spot to chill for the day. The lifeguard is an especially helpful person who manages to keep a smile on his face and keep everyone happy.

I will echo the several others who continue to recommend the towels are changed ASAP!! We often got torn and dirty towels left by the maid. Paid a deposit for beach towels but never got to have them exchanged for clean dry ones despite requests on several occasions. The food is also terrible. Less choice and more time and care put into the dishes served but go down much better. The table staff are rude and rarely exchanged a smile.

As soon as you walk in, the hotel looks very regal and classy, so you know it will be a positive stay. The reception area, the Arabian room with all those sofas, the pool area, the bar and the seating areas outside are all very nice. Some rooms are better than others, as we got to try two of them. Some staff absolutely incredible, they go above and beyond, smile on, ready to help. The food is at times decent.

The towels need to be changed as a matter of urgency. It is a quick fix, but they are just not suitable to a 4 star hotel anymore. The pool needs to close later than 7, maybe 8 would be perfect. The food can be less varied but more of a consistent quality. Some things stay broken for long time, the lift was off for 3 or 4 days when we got there and we don’t know how long it had been like that. The male standing toilets were closed off, the tennis court is not suitable, the A/C in some rooms is not working properly (speaking to other guests)

The staff are exceptionally helpful. The General Manager Mohammed was very welcoming and dealt with any issue decisively and efficiently. He is a great manager. The restaurant staff were very nice and friendly with excellent food.

Initially some of the bedding needed upgrading and replacement. The General Manager Mohammed dealt with this effectively.

Cleaner was stealing clothes, kids toys and things we bought and constant shouting to each other in the hallways, come in your room without waiting, receptionists rude. Phones don’t work, air conditioning does not work yet they pretend it does when you complain and send a technician to your room over and over again to pretend they are fixing it. Just generally have no idea what customer service is. Food was ok but sometimes restaurant was over crowded They do not offer any drinks a dinner not even water which is terrible service.

Rooms dated run down and shabby. 30 years ago might have been ok. Lock's on entry and patio doors were a joke. I changed rooms four times but they were all as bad.Staff friendly enough with decent English but perhaps because they were all fishing for tips. Very few overseas guests. Took three payments from my card because their system couldn't cope with the full amount so three charges on my account.

I honestly was really impressed with everything! From the elegance of the hotel, to the multiples facilities including such as outdoor pool, indoor pool, pool table, drinks area and indoor spa. The room was also great and was very comfortable. Amazing hotel, and excellent value too.

PLEASE MAKE AN ACTION AGAINST THIS: - When we were relaxing near the outdoor pool, there was a few guests who went full nude in order to tan. I think this is highly inappropriate considering a lot of families stay in this hotel. Please can staff action against this and maybe put up a sign or rule that guests must be clothed in the hotel premises. Thank You.

I just spent 2 weeks at hotel flora park and it’s been a very positive experience. The hotel is situated near the beach and has a few eateries and cafe near by. The staff were amazing and professional always smiling and look after their guests very well. You can see they are all dedicated at the work they do and make sure the guest is comfortable at the hotel. Although a small hotel however the service was top notch. They all spoke English very well and had great communication skills. The property is extremely clean and the room was very spacious. The food was fresh and very tasty which i enjoyed the most. The Bar was equiped with all different beverages and the bar staff were very professional while making the guest very welcome. I loved the adalusian style of the property especially the pool area where you get to chill in the sun and relax with some peace and quietness. The hotel is so peaceful that you truely get a relaxing holiday. My overall stay felt like being at home away from home and when i do visit Tunisia again i will choose to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality - from all my travels this would have been the highlight of my trip.

Building is incredibly old and run-down. Rooms need a serious makeover. Strong smell of mildew.

It was very tastefully decorated with antique furniture and attractive art work and was peaceful- no loud music. Staff were very friendly and there was a good choice of food at mealtimes.

The bedding could do with upgrading.
