Superb location on waterside with very usable balcony. Stunning views from a delightful apartment. Helpful staff….a few small issues dealt with suitably (insufficient forks for number of guests, no instructions for washing machine in regard to do you turn the taps or not). Easy parking underground and on street. A don’t miss - pelican feeding at the nearby fish market.

Not so suited to young children (<10yrs): Lush cream carpet, cream Leather sofa/chairs…constantly worried about spillages by children. Tables with thick heavy unsecured glass tops…constantly worried about them being tipped / broken with children using them. Large openable windows BUT NOTHING TO STOP A CHILD FROM FALLING OUT

Location is beautiful, always something to watch in the Broadwater. Restaurants within 50m of the building which were great. Apartment is very large. Easy driving distance to plenty of shopping centres etc

That we could only stay for 2 nights. I didn't find the bed very comfortable & the lounge is old & needs replacing - size is great but collapsing. TV was difficult to operate.

Great location, great facilities and great place for a group of friends to meet for the weekend.

The spaciousness of the place was delightful. I loved the view every morning and everything was within walking distance. Cafes, restaurants, beach, bottle shop, you name it!

Absolutely amazing apartment. As we first walked in, we all shouted "wow." The decor, the views as you walk in, absolutely amazing. Close to restaurants and shops, short drive to Surfers paradise. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely pool and games room for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Nothing to dislike.

Our apartment was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Views were superb and made even better by the spotless windows.

We loved this place, the open area inside is great, the bedrooms were great, both leading into balcony. The shower in main bathroom was huge and our boys loved that. Lol The kitchen had everything you needed. The view from the apartment was amazing. The security was fantastic, we have never been in a lift where you have to use your room key to use the lift, to get to your floor, thats great security. We loved it and we will be definitely be coming back there. Thank you for such a relaxing stay.

There was only 1 thing I would of liked and it's only a minor thing, but that is, not having screen doors on the glass sliding doors leading to balcony. . We couldn't leave the balcony doors open off our room for fresh air. Other then that I'm giving it a 10/10.

Being woken every morning at 6.30 by people talking in foyer or at lifts. As our room was right next to foyer. Also above toilets were connected through ours. Being woken during night when the went to toilet.

We liked the large spacious balcony with a very nice view on the inlet. Also, the apartment itself was very comfortable. We found the smart TV very handy with its YouTube and Netflix built-in, and apparently with the ability to add more apps. It was also very convenient to have a food court of sorts a few steps away. We recommend breakfasts at Cafe Gold Coast(with an amazingly efficient crew), and pizza at Cara Mia Pizzeria.

The wash basin was clogging up and the mop in the laundry has reached its use by date. These were really minor issues.

We couldn't use the spa bath as it wasn't cleaned. Also the shower head above it was so low we had to crouch, thankful for the ensuite shower being suitable to our height needs

Photos show high up balcony views. We were on ground floor and disappointed as all reviews stated great views. Couldn’t really open shutters as walkers see right in. Would rather a small place and higher up. Not a great bathroom for main bedroom as steam from shower dampens clothes, sink blocked, and lights come on only with fan. Kitchen items dirty (wash before use). Moved couch to be closer to tv and had chips, toys, sweets and dirt under it. Lucky it wasn’t busy or noise from lift and front office would be easily heard. None of my concerns were attended to (didn’t get a chance to chat) as we were in at midnight, out all day and out early before check out.
