MRT(徐匯中学駅)からのアクセスの良さ。ホテルの近くの飲食店の豊富さ。親切なスタッフ。 安定のWIFI。お得感のある料金。

スペース上仕方が無いのかも知れないが、二人の部屋なので椅子は２つ欲しかった。 これでシャワーではなく、バスだったら云う事なし。

朝食の選択肢は少ないが、特にローカルメニューが工夫されていてた。

It’s very near to the train station, walking distance to food stalls and night market. Check-in and check-out by Ms Arina was a great experience. She is the hotel’s best asset.

Walls between the rooms are kind of thin, i could hear next door quite clear.

The property is well maintained, clean and easy to get to by car. The service team and breakfast, impeccable.

Everything but in specific the room, the free washing facility, the breakfast and the lobby area with free coffee. The location is very well reachable by MRT

I travelled easily around Taipei on the buses and the subway as they were close to the hotel. The gym and pool next door were amazing!

The heat! So grateful for AC & walked around with an umbrella most days

The linen, blanket and pillwos were good quality I made it to the gym after I checked out and it was good. A very well equiped gym, pool, spa, jacuzzi. The staff at check in was very profesional and friendly The tea and snacks in reception are a good plus

I book this hotel because it has a gym and swimming pool but when I wanted to use the facilities they said it was closed because it is not part of the hotel but are at a private bussiness and in a separate building near the hotel. I arrived at breakfast at 10:02 and the lady at the reception rolled her eyes over like It was not possible for her to ask the kitchen to make 2 more eggs and serve me breakfast. I asked her just to ask if it is possible and if they say no I will understand, but she refused. Very rude of her. There road in front of the hotel is under construction and it was noisy in the morning.

Boring breakfast, keep almost the same everyday. Their gym and pool partnership does not allow kids to access in weekday, which is not declared in their booking page.

This is our second time staying at this hotel when visiting Taipei as we love the rooms, the breakfast and the customer service.

The location is quite far from the main tourist areas, but we still find it worth the trip.

Hotel advertises having a pool, but that's offsite. On my second night, the roadworks outside my window were all night, but that's not the hotels fault. It is in a busy town centre. They have washing machines, but it would be nice if they had some ticket system so you know who is using the washing machine next.

Location and cleanliness

WIFI totally issue for us. Our first day wifi is not connecting at all. You need to visit the reception for us to able to connect to wifi.

Friendly and helpful staff. The cleaning crew was also amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Free coffee and at all times.

Room was great, clean and value for money. I was there for a dance event which was a 10min walkaway. It was easy to walk there and back, even at 3am in the morning. There were great food places, only 2 at 3am at night. A lot of convenience stores for snacks and late night noodles and tea eggs. Good bed, slightly chilly as we went during a cold snap and great comforter. Location was 2 mins walk from the MRT, 30-40min train ride to town, easy to get around even with buses.

There was a slight lack of space for me. There were 2 of us, and 1 cupboard and 1 table top. No other surfaces to be able to leave luggage unpacked.

I was staying in the Classic Room with 2 adults and a 10years old kid; Despite the room wasn't big but the bed size is super king (2 super single combine) and it was very comfy for 3 of us for a good rest at night. Location wise is quite good for it is near the St Ignatius MRT station, around 5 mins walk. There is a supermarket nearby PXmart which is good to buy snack and food. They serve quality breakfast instead of budget buffet breakfast.

My wife saw a small cockroach/ insects on the floor the day we arrived but didn't see it after complained to the staff. MRT station is not the best for it is in the Orange line which doesn't take you directly to many tourist spot but the Red, Green and Blue lines interchange stations just a few stops away. The breakfast could have more choices instead of 3 on week day and 2 on Weekend + free flow bread & butter +cornflakes ) for I was staying there for 8 nights.

The room are clean, very comfortable, spacious. The proximity to the MRT and all convenience store. The gym club access included with the stay.

The hotel is in Luzhou, almost 30 mins to the city centre via MRT.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Complimentary coffee and tea as well. Laundry machine and detergent free of charge. Rooms are clean and comfy. Excellent value for money.
