Friendly and helpful staff. Comfort of the beds.. Qietness of the backside bedroom. Location of the hotel. Price.

Sheets were not perfectly clean. Bathroom was not perfectly clean.

Hotel services and staff gesture were exceptional. Mr Deepak showed us way in a jam packed Rishikesh. Reaching hotel without his help would have taken us a couple of hours more, at least. The room and linen was clean, airy and with enough sunlight and average view. Parking was ample and safe.

1. Electric Kettle was not available though it was listed on Booking.com site. 2. Buckets in bathroom could have been cleaner. 3. Pillows should have been cleaner. This was the only disappointment as far linen goes. 4. Must keep enough crockery for a busy weekend. The tea supplied in the morning was stale. It was however fresh in the evening in no rush hours. 5. Must check room facilities before guest check-in. Geyser in the bathroom was not working. The staff though offered alternative bathroom. Checking beforehand would prevent discomfort to the client.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my first long stay. I am looking forward to next year.

Central location in Rishikesh, very easy to get to all the major sights on foot! Clean room, good food, helpful and friendly service. A mountain view from the balcony. Overall a very pleasant stay for us, although we spent only one night there!

No major problems really. :)

For me, the location was perfect. In five minutes I could walk to the Ganga ghats, Jana ki bridge is very close. The staff have all been wonderfully helpful.
