Excellent customer service. Great location.

$600 for 4th floor facing an alley … No amenities… snacks and drinks in room are robbery prices $6 for a bottle of water.

Comfy bed and a lovely hotel with great front desk staff. Good restaurant.

My room wasn't thoroughly clean - there was food debris on the carpet and the toilet pedestal wasn't 100% clean. I had also asked for a room with a view and was placed in a room facing a building with an alley that was noisy with garbage collection and the kitchens.

the staff were amazing! Every person treated us with exceptional customer service, and made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The valet was very helpful and friendly. The front desk was welcoming and thorough. The lounge had a great ambience, yummy drinks and amazing staff! Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet for being located right downtown. Room service from the in house restaurant was delicious!! This was a perfect stay for our date night, with so many amazing venues and restaurants near by, we are excited to come back and stay again. next time we will stay longer and take advantage of the spa.

I wish we had booked a longer stay! we will stay here again.

Service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Kirby at the front door.

The only trouble was the hot water in the shower. Maintenance came quickly and fixed the problem, but it was difficult finding the right temperature. No other issues.

Great location, right in the heart of the city. very spacious room for our family of four.

Concierge dis not come up to help us with our luggage on departure despite two requests.

Staff were fantastic-helpful and friendly. Restaurant and lounge food were amazing.

Breakfasts were excellent. Raymond conveyed to the chef the exact way I like my eggs cooked. He was always so professional, friendly and helpful. Suzanne at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful and contacted the spa with a specific query I had. Kirby the Valet was very attentive and always made us laugh. All the staff were very friendly and the housekeeping was fantastic. An all around excellent experience.
