Place was clean and cozy and not in the heart of the parkway with noise and traffic but close enough for those who like to walk to walk to the falls which we did. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking and breakfast in the morning. Kudos to the kitchen staff who also went over the top to make us feel welcome. Best value in Niagara! This is our 4th time staying here and will be back again!

They charged me for parking twice when i was there only one nite. On my visa statement it showed up twice, once with room payment and then again seperate.

Cleaning staff friendly

People fighting outside staff are just watching. IHOP was closed down and the pool was closed. No vending machines. Cot was given with 1 scratchy blanket no pillow. Towels smelt like cigarettes. TV kept cutting in and out :(

Everything. Restaurant closed and not operational. Pool was also close. The room was not clean. It was dusty, there was hair in the bath tub, and on floor. Bath tub walls were not clean and still had soap residue from last guest. TV had nothing to watch except news. Located far from downtown so not very convenient to walk. Coffee area was so small only one person at a time and then no lids for the cups. Liked the idea of them having snacks available to purchase at the front however the price is insane. For example Mr noodles sell 3 for $1 at dollarama, or $0.99 at no frill or $2.99 @ shoppers. At the hotel they are selling for $4. That's just one example. We ended up packing up and driving into town to buy snacks. Then out again for dinner because no flyers or local promotion of restaurants were available.
