- Comfortable Room - Excellent Location

When I checked in (very late night) I asked where I could find a bakery (for next day), and I was told there was Bekka just a couple blocks up the street to the left of the hotel So next morning, I take a left out of the hotel to trudge up there. and it wasn't two blocks away...i kept walking and six blocks later, I saw a different bakery and picked up a croissant there. (btw, bekka was more like TEN blocks or more away! Upon my return to the hotel, I was annoyed to find that there was a great bakery literally next to the checkin desk. HU-LLO. I was annoyed to have lost the time looking for the other bakery and also having to go out in the cold. I did find out that the Bekka bakery was something of a historical landmark so I think they intention was to tell me about this famous bakery. HOWEVER, I did not ask for a famous bakery. I asked where there is a bakery closeby so I could grab quick b-fast in the AM. They should have simply raised their arm and point to the right towards the door of the lovey french bakery just 10 steps away from where I asked the origianl question. OTHER THAN THAT (and I also understand the intention), the stay was amazing. I enjoyed it and also appreciated the umbrellas they provided b/c entire stay was rainy.

Fantastic location, but street a bit noisy during the nights we stayed. Windows / glass noise insulation could be improved

Only negative was a slightly grouchy server at breakfast, but otherwise super friendly staff!

we loved the energy and professionalism of the front desk staff. As well, we were upfront a beautiful suite and a free breakfast!

lack of sockets, lights hard to switch on/off, no bathtub, cosmetics poor, service variable - one person good, one very bad at customer service. When I complained about a few issues at checkout they said "OK we will listen to you feedback. Bye"

I didnt get the room I booked. I got a standard instead of a superior, after informing them, they gave me another room but still not a superior?

The location was perfect for walking everywhere and restaurants . Also had a really nice bar.

Location was great, staff were kind and helpful. Complementary welcome drink was an unexpected but lovely touch. Bed was super comfortable. The gym was clean and had quite a few machines to use which was wonderful for us.

Our room faced a street with a lot of bar and restaurant activity, this made for a bit of a noisy evening. Also same window facing the busy street was the bathroom so had to keep the blinds shut to have bathroom privacy.

Location, staff, comfortable room and delicious breakfast.
