Staff was nice
Room was dirty, hotel was run down. Lots of road noise, walls are thin lots of noise from neighbours.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. In the morning, they let us put our luggage in storage at the hotel until evening when we were on our way home. We were desperate for a room and l booked late and got the last available room. I was thankful for a place to sleep.
The hotel was full, so not enough hot water for a shower in the morning. There was a tear in the bedskirt - time for a new one. The lobby was extremely noisy - Easter break. Our view out the window was only the exhaust from the furnace, so basically no view at all. I asked for a double room, and we got one bed and a hideabed. Thankful, but it was very, very pricey for what we got. We will not stay there again.

Close to the gym my daughter was competing at. Nice restaurants on site. Ample free parking. Decent pool for the kids
Sofa bed was old and super worn out. Tried to use first night and then just slept on it as a couch because it was better that way.

I drove around the hotel for 30 minutes (9-9:30pm) trying to find a parking spot!!! Very disappointing as we were so tired and wanted to go to bed. There was a wedding reception at hotel that night…. Vehicle spots were taken. We were on the 4th floor and party below us was loud. Morning - restaurant. We were seated then waited about 20 minutes until I went to front of restaurant looking for staff. Wanted someone to get us a menu! Very slow service from waitresses. Terrible, I’m sure they were short staffed but I also watched the staff in the restaurant and well they are not trained well at all. Silly mistakes by all of them, very much inefficient! They need proper training. They blamed it on being short staffed but I disagree. The food was good. I never did get a water, asked twice.

Poor sleep due to Sunday night parties, complained about a party past quiet hour that was could be heard/felt from 5th floor and was told they can keep their party going until 1am when quiet hour should’ve been after 11

Did not have breakfast; front desk staff excellent, efficient. Location perfect for my needs.
Appreciated the fitness centre.

Parking could have been better. Not much room to park. Indian restaurant seemed out of place.

The beds were comfortable and the restaurant Ricki’s was very good
When we arrived our room was not clean, bathroom filthy with hair all over.
Very noisy floor, twice we had to go out in the hallway to ask them to quit bouncing balls against the walls
Room did not get cleaned when we were there, no clean towels, coffee supplies
I booked online and felt the amount charged was way too much
When I checked out I talked to the fella at the desk and told him my concerns
He told me he would give me 50% off of one day. I said I would like 50% off both days. He said I can do 60% for only one day but nothing higher. I tried to give him my credit card to do a new receipt. He said no he would email me. I never did receive a email.

Everyone was pleasant and always asked how I was when they saw me.
My bed was not high enough and the toilet wasn't right height. The bed was comfortable but to low.

The pool was nice my kids enjoyed
I booked a room with two queen beds. I got one bed and one sofa bed which I didn’t want sofa bed and the receptionist told us we can’t do anything. Very disappointed. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty there was no blanked till we called the receptionist to bring us a blanket for the sofa bed. the room was cold the heater wasn’t working. We had bad experience over all not satisfied.

It was felt very dated, was not clean. Floors had mud on them the day we got there on our floor was still there 3 days letter. Our floor constantly smelt of pot, fridge did not work. the room had a musty order.

Front Desk Staff needed to know what they are doing instead of saying you booked third party. We arrived staff was dealing with internet down but managed to check us in. Found out we should have got a coupon for our breakfast, which we ended up having to pay for and to top it off when we checked out couldn’t get what I was being charged for. At home checked my charge and getting charged $179 instead of $133 that I booked at!

The swimming pool and hot tub. The staff were super amazing. The place was very clean and very enjoyable. Absolutely nothing we didn't like at all we used every amenitie they had the restaurant the bar the swimming pool the hot tub. It was an amazing experience

All staff in both hotel and restaurants were exceedingly polite and helpful. The room was spotless, the pool clean (though filled with girls soccer teams). We have always liked Ricky’s restaurants and this one did not disappoint.
