There is free parking and the price is reasonable. The rooms are ok for one night. The reception has brochures of restaurants that deliver since there is no restaurant on the premises.

We choose that place since friends of ours had enjoyed their stay. It has a little bit of ambiance in the bar but nothing special. I would call it a ''local joint'' no more. I requested an earlier check-in at 3:00PM instead of 4:00 PM. When we got there it was about 3:30PM. A gentleman that was not friendly at all, told us that ''our'' room was not ready and that we could wait IN OUR CAR or have a drink at the bar. There were no cars in the parking lot and it gave me the impression that to give us 30 minutes free was out of the question. The room was ok as it has been refurbished but the ''wardrobe'' space made no sense as it was on top of the fridge. All in all, one night we could cope with but we are so glad that we did not book a longer stay.

Overall nice, clean and very affordable. Had fun at the bar and the staff was more than welcoming.

No restaurant in hotel.

We loved the hotel's Tiki bar, the spacious rooms, lots of pillows and towels, the instant hot water in the shower, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff.

We did wish that the bar sold food, not just packaged snacks. But the staff directed us to Mike's restaurant which was great.

Super friendly staff - was able to check-in a little later than expected (was driving from Quebec City). What I didn't realize was that the rooms are all connected via an indoor hallway which leads to reception and the tiki bar! Great for wintery/cold evenings. Room was modern, clean.

we arrived late on a Friday night and the bar was very loud with lots of people so the hotel felt very dodgy. but actually, you can’t hear the music from the bedroom and people were nice.

Aircondition was old (a little bit loud and smelly). In the bathroom the light was broken, but the friendly staff helped immediately.

The staff at the reception are super quick and professional for the check-in, and from your room you can walk to the Tiki bar (inside hall way). The price for the grab and go breakfast (6$ plus txs) is very reasonable for what you get. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel room is starting to show lots of signs of usage and would need a total make over. (used couches, carpet, chairs, etc) Wallpaper on walls is falling off and room was not really well cleaned prior to our check-in. (they say it is due to covid lack of personnel/employees..but not to the point of not removing cobb webs around the inner door frames...) Rooms look a little depressing and sad. Good for a one night quick stop over, but no longer.

decor inside was tropical. reminded me of Hawaii.

the a/c unit was noisy and the bathroom had no fan.

The room was equipped with AC and had TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave etc. The location was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very generous with towels.

The ensuite bathroom is outdated and needs to be renovated. There was a strong odor coming from the toilet & the bathroom sink is too small. Both provided pillows were too high.

The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a great sleep! The breakfast for an additional few dollars was a nice touch. Check in and out were very easy, and the parking was free. We really enjoyed our stay. We wish we could have enjoyed the Tiki bar but we were very tired. We did peek inside and it was quite animated! The hotel is a short drive from the city centre. Check it out if you’re in Trois Rivieres.

The mattress on the beds need to be updated. The bedroom carpet is very old. The external door needs maintenance, it was difficult to open the room, as the key entered the lock with difficulty.
