Perfect location. Helpful and pleasant staff

It was clean and the lady at reception was very friendly

The building was completely run down - in our room the air conditioning unit had big holes and the window frames were flaking away.

The bed was confortable and it was quiet

The carpets are disgusting. They need to be change. The breakfast very basic.

There was garbage outside of our door, the room was dingy and smelled of old cigarettes, the paint was peeling off the walls, half of the outlets didn’t work and we only had 1 lamp for light. The ‘hot breakfast’ consisted of bread to toast, cereal and a fruit cup

I liked the receptionist very very very friendly especially the young man in the morning I believe his name is Habou, so helpful.

The breakfast hours were’n’t clearly stated though, it said 10 am but at 9 am it was closed. One day the complete breakfast wasn’t even available. I think this should be made better.

I stayed two nights. On the first night the bathtub water knob wasn’t working so I was unable to take a bath which Imwas looking forward to after a tiring day. The person on the desk that evening came to the room but he wasn’t able to turn the water on either. He offered to have me change rooms but I was too tired to do it at that point so I moved to another room the next morning. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing as there was no hot food as advertised. I believe the cook was sick. After that all went reasonably well.Sorry,this should have been under didn’t like. I liked all of the front desk staff.All very helpful and courteous!

Besides the water tap of the tub not working there were cracks around the tub and the grouting needed repair.

Overall everything was alright. The staff was very polite and courteous. Good breakfast.

There should be more blankets on the beds or extra ones in the room. The heater was either on or off could not leave it on through the night. It was cold in the room through the night.

DID NOT FEEL SAFE THERE AT ALL! COULDN'T WAIT TO LEAVE! room was in the back of the motel. Had to walk thru water puddles and icy snow to get to our door. One outside window was smashed out in a room down from us. It looked like the hotel did a temp fix on it. The outside door was extremely hard to close. The floors were dirty still and walls in the bathroom.No fridge or microwave, pillows were old and lumpy. Continental breakfast wasn't great. Cold cereal juice and toast. Heard people in the hall all night long. Early in the am hours, there was loud screaming coming from a room and in the hallway. When leaving, we noticed another window was smashed out and glass all over the ground. I should have complained but didn't want to spend a second longer there. Totaly NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Feel like we are staying in a 100-year-old house which will be rebuilt soon. Very poor quality hotel.
