Reasonable breakfast. Toilet didn’t work well. It plugs the night before check out. End up using front lobby. I didn’t like any. Everything looks old & out of order.

Didn’t like staying there. First time staying @ Baymont. Not very clean & toilet is not working. Recommend to keep room clean & update appliances.

Room relatively clean, newer cabinetry and tv. Coffee maker and other appliances were clean, and the room was tidy upon arrival.

Room 240 had shotty repairs . The toilet was very loose and rocked approx. 1/2 inch or more slamming the wall. toilet caulking was also completely damaged from the toilet not being mounted correctly. The toilet seat needs new hardware as well. The shower head has a bad calcium build-up. Sink diffuser also bad bulid up. There was a light bulb missing. Tiles are not completely secure or caulked. The towel bar is falling out. There are very few pillows for a king-size bed( 3 queen-size). The bath mat had holes. Doors do not seal to the ground and thus leave unsightly smells in the hall. Walls are also very thin. In fact, the only thing that wasn't thin was the massive popcorn stalagtite on the ceiling. Looked of water damage, though, was dry. The refrigerator needed to defrost. No safe in room. There was sometimes an overwhelming stench that i assumed was a bad p trap. It seemed to go away. Overall, a D- in upkeep on the maintenance.

Quiet, I ended up staying 5 days and the manager David, was e ceotional. Hot breakfast was very good and the location was close to everything on Oneida St. 👍

The staff was great!

There were limited tv channels and the beds were way to firm.

Room smelled like cigarettes despite being non-smoking, it was an event weekend in town so it was very expensive considering how dated and dingy it was

Staff was friendly.

Having no elevator was an inconvenience with our luggage. The carpet was dingy and it smelled like marijuana in the hallways.

It was not very good.

Loss of internet and television because system went down. Smelled Marijuana as we were walking through the hallways to get to our room. Non-smoking building shouldn't smell like smoke or anything else
