Location was great and the price was great!

Body wash, shampoo conditioner was empty at check in, iron wasn’t working, phone was broken staff was rude

late night staff on 02/25/23 was rude, unaccommodating, and tried to stare me down. I made reservations for two beds and when I got there I was told there are none available and that if I don’t like this I can contact booking.com and have them relocate me. He kept saying I booked through a third party. What does that have to do with anything? Had no problem taking my money.

Food offered for breakfast and dinner tasteless and below standard. Window curtains in the room could not be moved to block out light from outside. No complementary water bottles in the room.

the room was not clean with a pizza from previous guests still in the fridge. They changed my room when I got there to a lower level & said it was a better room. it was not!

Not having pee stains on my mattress, which I discovered the morning after when my husband was trying to be courteous and put all the sheets in the towels in a pile for housekeeping. I had a crazy allergic reaction which I have video/photo documented, as well as the state of the room underneath a façade.

Location was what I booked
I expected a modern updated hotel for the cost but what I got was an outdated old style complex which needs a complete make over of bedrooms & modern walk in in shower facilities.

Breakfast was very good at your restaurant. The website had said that children under 18 ate for free but the server said it was 11 and under. They assisted my husband with filling up our ice chest.
No cookies. The door stuck but we didn't ask management about it until later.
