The hotel was very very top tier like everything was great even the type of room and floor we had like the view was everything.

More than anything the parking garage issue like the first night wasn’t a problem but our last night there, we couldn’t park at the hotel because the hotel garage was full and we had to park next door to still pay for parking but they did refund us our parking fee for that night

Bedroom was clean.

Rude staff, elevators kept breaking, did not have a room for us even though I paid in full three weeks ahead of time. Worst experience I have ever had staying in a Hilton Hotel

Poor facilities. We had wait long for elevators each time.

The facility was close to many attractions such as the zoo and aquarium.

The facility so so crowded that the elevators were unable to be used. The parking garage was broken causes 20-30 minute delays when leaving and entering for parking. We left a night early due to being late to every event. Water damage, mold and cracked ceilings.

My kids loved the elevators the most.

I didn’t like that I paid a good bit for a room only to have to pay more to get a view when I got there . There was also a couple issues with the room.

It’s was clean and decent for the price

We payed for self parking but our truck didn’t fit the height so we had to pay for the valet which is 55$ and they didn’t explain that in the front desk and we had to go around a couple of times and were confused about that.

Property it was okay just didn’t have water at All I understand it was something they couldn’t control but not even a discount for the inconvenience never stay there at that location. I couldn’t take a shower and you my necessary.

I ask at the check out if the we’re going to give us a refund or discount for the inconvenience of not having water. And the answer was is not the company fouls. That’s was the city’s fouls. I understand that but if you want to go the extra mile you would of done something but. The didn’t

It was over packed, the parking, the location, the elevator, you wait 20-30 mins for one. You smelled weed all the time cause the shared garage with an apartment

Breakfast is good. Centrally located. Cleanliness good even in rooms towels and bed linen.

No water bottles in the room even we pay 180USD per day. Front office staff is not friendly and supportive. Hilton is an international hotel and therefore you should be able to service international guests more attentively and more friendly. You retain 75USD per day as incidental fee. We stayed 07 nights for which you retained 75x7= 525 USD which is highly unreasonable. We booked through booking.com where they promise breakfast at 20USD but we never got it. I requested the front office staff to include my Hilton honors number even that they have not done. Very poor service.

The bathroom was so tiny it doesn't even have enough space to bathe.

Posizione molto comoda, a pochi passi dal centro. Camera molto grande e letto comodo. Il bagno non nuovissimo ma buono, con tutti i prodotti a disposizione. Palestra abbastanza grande e ben fornita.

La colazione (che avevamo inclusa) è buona e varia, però c'è da fare una trafila assurda per potersi sedere a consumarla. Inoltre il servizio (per le bevande calde) è davvero lento. Il primo giorno poi per qualche motivo non era stato allestito il buffet e ci abbiamo messo quasi un'ora per fare colazione serviti.

When checking in, we could upgrade our room for a higher level and better view. We did not regret that. The view from our big hotel rooms was superb! The room was large and so was the bed. The hotel lobbey is big, has a nice bar and shop to buy small groceries, food, drinks etc.

The bathroom was terrible, not worthy of the Hilton name in my opinion. It was broken, the water from the shower splashes all over the toilet and rest of the bathroom. You have to stand in a small tub to take yor shower. There is no anti-slip mat or anything to get a grip. The most annoying was the wet floor each time. The park near the hotel is full with homeless people and drugs users. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but good to know and to be aware of. We walked just a few minutes from the hotel to get a nice walk, but in the park we kept being yelled at if we have money for them. It did not feel safe walking around the hotel area. Again, insinde the hotel this probem is not.

I liked the location

Our room was so dusty I had an assistant attack. I had to switch rooms and the second didn’t help. I came home sick!

Paid for parking in advance. No parking was reserved for my self and the next person, who also prepaid. Given room keys to old system. between parking and key it took over an hour to get into my room after an exhausting day. No juice and Danish? Really?

The staff was friendly & made My stay as pleasant as if I was at home

The staff was very unfriendly and rude. The sheets were scratchy. We were supposed to get a king size bed, and we received 2 doubles. We booked over a month in advance, and when we booked this was available. There was also a lot of loud traffic and people screaming all night. Parking was $35 a night.

I like the lady that help me and upgraded my room after what happened

Well our first night getting in bed the cover looked awful they looked like no one had cleaned them my son did not want to get back in bed after seeing that the lady that help me was real nice about she's awesome but people want to feel clean not dirty getting in bed and after seeing that we were not pleased i have pictures and all that was something I didn't expect

The room view was good.

The room looked unkept, bathroom was dark, dusty floor carpet edges, booked a kind size bed but was given queen, lifts was dirty and noisy rooms.

The only good thing about this place was the location. Near the highway and 15 mins walking distance from the destinations I had to be at ( Coca Cola factory and aquarium )

Man where can I start. Multiple Hidden fee's no transparency, Hotel stinks like a Carryout ( I spent more time at the Marriott ( The sky ridge was very appreciated ) The restaurant and convenience was a joke all prices are off the roof for basic stuff. Basic items in the room (we had the Executives room ) They literally did not even provide a water bottle and when asked for one it's chagred. Towels are brownish. The pillows are horrible. Garage is a joke completely nasty and unsafe. Valet people are rude and yes extra charges for everything all hidden and when explained the answer is oh well. O hope those helps out many people save the headache and the horrible expierence and go elsewhere go to the Marriott they have a Starbucks , a decent pool with way more facilities at a lower cost, We thought over here becusse the hilton name is bigger and a little more pricey it will be worth it, not at all.

The staff was nice and welcoming. It was centrally located to every place we planned to visit. The restaurants on site were very nice. Any issues were handled promptly and satisfactorily. Trader Vic's was delicious and a great time!

Traveling with an 11 year old, we weren't thrilled to have our room overlooking an adult club. Luckily, it didn't raise any awkward questions. We had an issue with the keycard not being programmed to allow access out of the parking garage. Which ended with us having to pay to get out. However, that issue was easily resolved at the front desk the next morning and they waived the parking fee for the previous day.
