Clean remodeled fresh look.
Shower barely got warm, and didn't work. A/C was very loud, couldnt get any quality sleep.

Staff was courteous and friendly and responsive!
Not clean - that was the worst part. Staff was very nice but they need some help. I believe (just my speculation) they have too many rooms and too few folks to clean them. Elevator not working - tough on a 3-story building. Don't see how they expect return guests when they won't have a working elevator!

The staff was very nice and understanding
elevators didn’t work so me and my spouse had to use stairs , our bed had a stain and the lamp did too . It was not it . if you’re a clean person and classy you will not like this place . We didn’t stay we requested for a refund and went somewhere else that was NICE AND CLEAN

The floors better than carpet
No bar in shower and phone did not work killed a roach. Someone banged on our door and did not respond when asked who it was.

When my guest and I had arrived we were having problems with the arrangement of our rooms location but they fixed it

Location was close and convenient. Room was nice and well maintained. Front desk clerk exceptionally kind.

I booked there after checking 'pet friendly '. It said 1 big dog or 2 small dogs. I have 2 small dogs.I booked a week before the trip. 30 minutes before I got there, the guy called me and said that I could not bring 2 dogs.
So I stayed elsewhere. I can't say anything about the Red Roof inn.
