Very friendly staff, super clean, very comfy & quiet

Place is old but clean. Bed was comfortable.

Old building and the pipes made noise in the walls. VERY noisy and there was a two inch gap between the door and the floor. Elevator was extremely slow and small. Jacuzzi was just warm and the jets didn’t work. Request made for a quiet too on upper level and was given a room on 3rd floor near the main lobby. The noise was extremely loud until 10 pm.

The area looked very nice and safe. We were traveling back home so it was just an overnight stay. In at 9 pm out at 645am. Clean and convenient. Breakfast wasn’t ready until 7am Sunday morning so we didn’t get that. But coffee, juice and fruit was ready.

I did not like the bedding. The duvet was under the sheet. So the bottom sheet and duvet is what you were to sleep between. I assumed a duvet is not as sanitized as a sheet. I maybe wrong. Yes the sheet was on the top like a bed spread. I kicked the duvet all the way down. Was not comfortable with this arrangement.

Location was off busy highway on a separate road. Area was quiet, secure. Evening reception and breakfast was nice.

Couch in living room area of suite was quite dirty. The rest of the hotel room was very clean, but this gave off a bad impression. We put the blanket from the closet over it.

I think the staff was exceptional and very respectful and professional.

I didn't have any complaints at all.

The front desk staff was especially polite and professional. The young African American, Mr. Brian needs to be celebrated for great people skills. Came and replaced the mimi fridge, asap.

Nothing, that I can think of. Please note, I found out later that I could have gotten at a much more reasonable price on the room.

What a great surprise when we checked in to find it was happy hour! 3 free drinks each and a whole buffet of hot party food all Included in the price of the hotel. Quiet room, comfortable bed, and breakfast. All lovely

19 year old Daughter drove her brother and sister from NC to Texas with her service support dog. Though able to stay with her animal, they wouldn’t allow them to eat breakfast and the staff were rude. Since the already checked out, they left with no breakfast.
