property was not clean whatsoever, dirty carpet, hair everywhere in the bathroom

The air conditioner was the best cause it kept me cool especially since it was hot outside

The hot tube I received with the up grade. Because of their mistake.

they didn’t have my reservation they charged me twice. My TV did not work in my room they refund it one amount. I still have 425.93 charge pending . And to make it hours they just took another 425.93 off of my card.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice and kind!

Rooms are a little old. Bathroom had a broken tile and shower wasn’t great.

They canceled my reservation without telling me, and told me to “walk next door” to see if they had availability.

Once again it was such a fantastic place to stay, everything at your fingertips.The staff and the amenities was fantastic and that's why I keep coming back and thank you for your hospitality.

The staff was my favorite part! VERY courteous and helpful! facility was clean and taken care of.

Very friendly staff

Cleaning of the room (heating system) and quality of the breakfast (all plastic... with the new environmental challenges of the 21st century going back to glasses and porcelain should be manageable. And it would test better too.

the staff, the hallway smelled like old people/ pee or chlorine , didn’t like that you had to pay for parking and breakfast…., didn’t like how I called before booking and they said they don’t do airport shuttle but when I showed up there was 5 vans waiting outside to transport

Good location with free airport shuttle running every half hour. No need to phone the hotel. Just get on next shuttle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and nice.

There was a problem with the water system the night I stayed and there wasn’t much pressure. It was rectified in the morning. There was no fresh coffee on offer for breakfast. Had to use the coffee pod machine in the room. Also no delivery of breakfast items when I went for breakfast at 7am so not much choice.

The Hilton name and the price of this room did not line up with my expectation of greatness. Instead, It was very basic and old looking. I was not please with the room at all.
