The location was excellent and the staff were great.

The unit was not clean, the towels were thin and small, the room had not been renovated in many decades and it was vastly over-priced.

Resort needs to be updated, which they are working on it.

The bathroom tub had chips out of it. The tiles had black mildew,. There were holes in the wall with exposed wire. The room had a smell . And the view was of a children playground and a sewer pipe

The rooms. There was no elevator!! I had to help old ladies carry their suitcases up the flight if stairs.

Accommodation lacked any character

they gave us a lakeview room, which wasn't guaranteed, good breakfasts and friendly staff

we were told by front desk that we didn't need to make a reservation at the Lakeside restaurant, but when we went there to eat, we were told there was no availability, even though most of the inside tables were empty. we were told come back at 8pm, but we did not and later heard from another couple who went there at 8:10 that the restaurant was closed.

The location was amazing! Loved the outdoor chess and shuffleboard - we used both and that was fun :) Our waiter (Hunter) was AMAZING! He was so friendly and we were very fortunate to have him serve us both breakfast and dinner.

The man at the front desk reception was oddly unfriendly

Excellent location, great amenities, great for families.

Stayed in two different suites. First night on ground level facing the lake. Great experience. No complaints. The second night we were put on the third floor. It was had ant problem but that was ok. The issue was the thin walls and door. It started at 530 am. Everyone in the hall sounded like they were in the ROOM. NO SLEEP! the AC is in the sitting room/ pull out so if you close the door only half the room gets cool air. Tge restaurant was sub par appearance, edible food and understaffed. The main room had great entertainment but minors were told to leave at 9pm. Never experienced this at any resort. Something to consider if you traveling with young teens. The location was great. Ask about the local waterfall trail. Staff was very friendly. Pretty view

Suite on third floor- very loud, imposdible to bring luggage up and very hot, restaurant was just ok Families kicked out of dining area at 9.

We enjoyed being close to the water, the room was nice and the included breakfast was great!

Lovely grounds, nice lobby with live music, excellent indoor/ outdoor dining area.

Door always stuck, had to kick it open. 1 key did not work.

The resort was very well maintained. There was a bar where to have some drinks or a snack or fast meal. There was also a very nice restaurant where to eat at night. We had an amazing lobster dinner. Breakfast was in the same restaurant and was awesome with your choice of breakfast served at the table instead of buffet so much more pleasant to share time at the table with family

the pub was very cold feeling. too dark it lacked atmosphere.
