Parking spaces in Canada, in general, are too close together.

Clean and spacious rooms and the gardens outside were beautiful!

Staff cloud be better. Manager had very poor hosting skills. He even didnt bother to take us to our room. What else could you expect.

The outside area is beautiful.

The bathroom needs updates although the floor looks like new tile but the door is old and it wouldn’t close as it got hung up in the tile, the shower/tub and sink are old. Being the off season it seems like they put everyone in the older rooms. The room itself was nice and comfortable.

The room was a good size and had lots of windows, we really enjoyed the fireplace after we went to a nearby store to purchase some wood, it was quiet as we seemed like the only guests that were in that part of the hotel, great location close to the village and amenities

There was no reception at all at check in and never seen anyone at all on the property, the key was left in the door, the room and the furniture were very dated and stained, the beds were not very comfortable the spa tub was small and only for a single person, which was different from the pictures we seen on the website which was disappointing because my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, there was no wood for the fireplace ,we had to purchase some at a nearby store. There was no breakfast or any food or beverages for that matter available, there was no glasses or cutlery in the bar area nor was there any ice available in the whole hotel I had to go outside and collect snow from the ground to get our drinks cold as the refrigerator didn’t seem to work that was in our room the tv in the bedroom was very fuzzy and hard to watch. We realized that it was off season but we certainly paid peak season rates should have taken pictures!

the food in the restaurant was unimpressive. ordered fish and chips and it was a ton of chips and a single over cooked piece of fish. also a window in our room would not close. deferred maintenance was becoming obvious.
