Ubicación buena, resto un desastre no había presión en canilla baño, no anduvo teléfono durante estadía no andaba luz de mesa luz. Todo avisé a front desck no arreglaron nada

Muy venido a menos, las poco cómodo mala atencio

Amabilidad de las personas. La suite de dos dormitorios super amplia y cómoda para 76 personas. Habitación limpia y funcional.

Los baños del area de la piscina no siempre estaban limpios. En una reserva para 6 personas soli teniamos derecho a 2 sillas de playa, si querias mas era con cargo extra, al igual que el quitasol.

Great location. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Room was big and had a nice view. Delicious breakfast and pizza, priced reasonably.

The hotel looks old. Some areas around the pool are old and moldy. The bathrooms in the pool area need to be redone and they were not clean. The room was big and spacious but the carpet needs to be replaced and is was not clean. Same with the kitchen area

Location and the pool is the best part

It's very outdated, its dirty, needs full remodeling (Not only the lobby) for the price and it being part of the Hiltons I was very surprised. What you get when you walk into the lobby (modern and nice) and then walking into the rooms. It's very shocking. The rooms are disgusting and very outdated.

Friendly staff

Didn't like the hotel fees added separately,it should be included automatically when booking so we know in advance the total price.there are services we didn't even use and had to pay for.
