The staff was very pleasant, but a little miscommunication with them had me walking all around to get to the pool. The view from my balcony was great too. But the balcony outside the living space was small.

The elevators was scary. Only two worked and they took forever. Very unreliable. Had more than one Uber cancel on me for the elevator time. At one point we took the stairs, from the 22nd floor because that’s how long we were waiting… Also the restaurant time was limited. The poolside bar was available only from 2-5. Then they closed and the indoor restaurant was only available from 5-10.

Friendly & attentive staff

Lovely place to stay unfortunately the weather was not cooperative. I wish I could have experienced it when it was not raining. Still a relaxing time away in a comfortable hotel. Perfect for 2-3 days at the beach...if it wasn't raining all that time. Will try again.

Parking on the pricey side and the restaurant could have had better hours of operation. It would 've been nice to have a discount on the resort fee since nobody was using the towels and pool facilities.

living room sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable like a joke!!!!! and they don’t provide extra bed. very uncomfortable, balconies are so close.

I loved the view we had from our room. The room was nice and clean. Very comfortable bed and nice shower.

2 out of 3 elevators worked. Waited extremely too long for elevators. Housekeeping should have their own service elevator. Automatic 18%tip fee for a waitress that didn’t deserve that amount.
