Building is lovely. Unit looks nice, but needs some maintenance.

The unit is old and in need of maintenance. The lock on the front door is faulty. They glued a cover on the old lock with some sort of rubber, which was hanging off, and fell off after a few days. We left the cover on the counter. The cabinet doors are attached with Velcro, which isn’t working any longer. The toilet seat was broken. The owners did not report the payment of our resort fee, which is apparently protocol, so we had to pay the fee again. When I reached out to her, she didn’t respond. The real kicker is that she has the nerve to try and charge me $100 to fix her broken lock, Velcro on her cabinet, and broken toilet seat. I believe she is angry that I reported her to the management for not crediting me the $51.50 resort fee.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. It’s close to the beach and to local shops and restaurants.

The actual desk clerks did not give us any information on thing line reserving the bbq pits or where to get the accessories for the out door games. Ocean Reserves had a pool policy regarding appropriate swim wear that they did not adhere to. These thing had nothing to do with the owner of the condo itself.
