Hotel was a in a good location to everything. Breakfast was good.
The room had a mildew smell when you enter the room. I think the A/C unit needs to be cleaned or the carpet need to be replaced or a deep clean room 523. Also, the bed was very squeaky the box spring needs to be replaced.

The breakfast was missing yogurt, bananas, bagels. These are pretty standard at similar hotels.
Also there was a $15. difference between my receipt and the charge to my credit card.

my room ..the air conditioner was very loud all night ..we got no sleep.

Excellent hotel with good breakfasts, plenty of free parking and good facilities.
The wifi in our room on the 4th floor was poor. Approx $5 per day to upgrade to the better wifi.

Location was convenient to nearby parks
Hallways were dirty and dingy, stains everywhere on the rugs and walls were beat up. The first room we were put in was ground level and smelled damp and sour. Possibly some sort of leak from the hurricane? Requested a room on a different floor. Room had what we needed but needed a thorough scrubbing. Large brown stains all over the bed skirt, crumbs and crud and whatnot on the ottomans. Bathroom walls also needed a good scrub down.

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful during a very hectic time with the hurricane COFFEE WAS ON AND IT WAS MARVELOUS THANK YOU SO MUCH
