Staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Located right off the highway with several restaurants nearby, mostly big chains. The included breakfast had a lot of variety. My daughter loved having an indoor pool. Lots of great amenities.

It was close to where our business event was and still had plenty of places to eat and shop. Awesome location.

The pillows and mattress were so comfortable. I love them. The breakfast was so good. Definitely I will stay there again

Hot tub was broken. Won’t go thru booking.com anymore
Took a long time to get checked in because the booking.com system wasn’t talking to the hotel so I couldn’t get a room for a while

The staff was amazing!!! Ms. Carolyn was extremely friendly and kept the kitchen area super stocked and clean. I loved the constant coffee, tea and water in the lobby.
The room was great, the only thing I didn't like was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bathroom steamed up really fast.

Housekeeping gave us fresh towels daily. My room was clean.
Front desk wasn’t attentive. Squaters in parking lot next door, right by where we are to park our cars. I was told they could only be there for 48 hours, but they where there the entire week I was. Didn’t feel
safe walking to or from my car at night. Hotel locks front door at 9, so if you are coming in after that and your key isn’t working to get in and no one is answering its really scary.

We liked having a room on the ground floor. It was quiet and the breakfast was good.
The hot tub chemicals made our eyes burn.

this is our 2nd time to stay here. We came for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert, which was held at the Broadmoor right nextdoor to the Hampton Inn. Very convenient to walk to. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, a nice FREE breakfast. Location to restaurants and stores very close (several are just across the street) so you can walk if you want. All in all, no co9mplaints here. would stay here anytime.

Breakfast was great, there was a nice variety! The staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and we felt comfortable being there.
The pillows were the only down side. Had to use at least two to be somewhat comfortable.

It was a quick stay, but met all my usual expectations of a Hampton Inn. Very easy to find from the interstate.
