The room was clean and cozy.

TV would lock up every 15 minutes and had to unplug. No maintenance on weekends so required to move rooms. Breakfast so so.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel very comfy. Good breakfast. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a Starbucks in walking distance.

It was good stay, we plan to stay there moving forward. They provide complimentary breakfast, right next to Starbucks, and multiple restaurant options walking distance.

Springhill Suites service was top notch for 4 days straight. Our family stated this will be our number one place to stay when come in town. The manager on duty made our stay awesome. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

It was convenient to gas, airport, and food. Limited and waiting for breakfast because there was one waffle maker. When we checked out the pool there was a mouse in it.

When we arrived, the 2 bed queen room that I booked was not available and we were pushed into a 1 king bed room and offered linens for the trundle sofa.

Short stay in overnight layover in Detroit. Convenient airport shuttle and solid complimentary breakfast. The staff member who helped with our breakfast and directed us was so friendly she was the beast.

We’ve stayed here before and loved it. This time it was very different. There was blood stains on the comforter on our bed. We were moved to another room that was smelly and very dimly lit.

LaShawn at the front desk was amazing. He knew everyone's name every time they walked by. This was a clean hotel. Loved the 2 queens beds with the sitting area. Great hotel for 4 people in one room. Definitely will be staying again.

First room was not clean and there wasn’t a complete set of bedding for the trundle bed. The desk attendant gave us a new room which was appreciated. The room was better but still needed some attention. The drapes were hanging off the rod, the bathroom door locks did not work, and one of the bed lights did not work. Disappointing experience from Marriott.

Nice family suite layout for efficiency. Okay breakfast. Decent coffee. Close to airport - convenient location. Taco takeout next door was good. Pool very small but worked for the little kids. Hot tub also which didn’t know ahead of time. Would stay again. It worked for getting out early to airport

All the basic amenities were excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint.....no BACON for breakfast. Ham.yes. Sausage.yes. But no bacon, and we were there 10 nights. The eggs were also under cooked and extremely runny.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Overall cleanliness is good. Service from staff was good, responsive. Room was spacious, new feel. Good workout room, open 24 hrs.
Cons: For the price it was a poor value ($140/night). The room had annoying, inconvenient energy and expense saving measures in place. You have to leave a key in a slot to turn on electricity to the lights! Take it out, say, to go get ice—and it goes dark! The fridge is only mildly cool unless you repeatedly, every 2 hours, press a button to cool lower (no dial adjustment). And it’s a tiny fridge—not very suite like! Also, no lighting in the fridge & microwave corner. Also, housekeeping hardly gave us any towels or soap—bare minimum each time. Finally, the sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable to sit on! Hard as a rock and cushions way too deep.
The overall feeling was the hotel values cost cutting measures more than the guest experience. We were there for 8 nights and it was not the suite experience we had been led to expect.

Hallway carpet has a lot of stains. First floor carpet leading to room 122 that is. Carpet in rooms too. Please consider changing carpets to laminates which are easy to clean and stay clean. Thanks.
