The location of the apartments is very good. Access to the beach and also to the incredible restaurant below. Car parking was beneath the apartment and although we did use taxis on occasions, access from the apartment to other parts of Roses was easy.

The lack of one balcony blind and the broken umbrella made the escape from the sun difficult.

The location is amazing. I hate to say it because people will flock. But it is amazing. The apartment met our general requirements, was a great location, friendly people, plenty of bars and restaurants, even walking to next harbor along the coastal pathway. What a gorgeous trail! And there ARE supermarkets right nearby. You just need to go outside and look (located on the other side of the dry riverbed, where the public beach access is). Best beach vacation we've ever had.

If you come be prepared for absolutely spartan decor and very little to few kitchen accessories: no salt, no oil, no coffee filters, nada. No sharp knives either. If you cook on your holidays like we do, and have the luxury of coming by car, pack your most essential stuff. Otherwise, you will have to buy everything new and the equipment will require your resilience and creative abilities. But doable. Cramped bathroom and we quickly gave up on trying to keep everything tidy and became beach bums. That was kind of nice, too.

A good family friendly property with extremely good and loving staff. The property is on the beach side with stunning views of the sea. Bed rooms were spacious with good wifi connectivity. Property also had a really good restaurant and parking facility.

Attached bathroom for each rooms would have made the property a much better place. Also the property is located slightly away from the main city and hence make sure you have your car with you. Property has good parking facility.

The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Location was fantastic, just steps from the beach and we loved the beach and the few options for dining. Quiet cove, great for kids and families, yet not far from Roses for more shopping/dining options. On-site parking was definitely an added bonus!
