It was on the back side no ocean view not even if you was in the front. The bathroom shower was for a 5 foot person. When we got there the police was there dealing with something. The refrigerator had old food and was nasty. The bed was about the size of a full with holes in the blanket. The lady at the front desk was rude. You could smell weed all night in our room. My husband went to get something out of our SUV and the car beside us was doing drugs. Will never stay there again. I wish I could get a refund.

I like the convenience. The proximity to the ocean front. Ability to see ocean from room. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Jamaican woman at front desk was exceptional customer service. Very close to a lot of stuff within walking distance. Very deep pool. Loved that. Nice size mini fridge.

At night while at the pool. I overheard a domestic dispute coming from a random room. There were huge water bugs/roaches all over the place outside but not inside the rooms. There were people lounging on the steps like asleep with their bags. There is no overnight emergency number for front desk people. We were locked out of a room after leaving a key inside and we just had to wait until the front desk reopened. Upon check out the white woman working the front desk attempted to not return our security deposit because of a five dollar remote that didn’t even power the television. She accused us of stealing the remote and threatened to call the police. Almost ruined our trip right at the end when she should’ve started off by saying that she could charge us $5 for missing remote. So we paid the $5 got the deposit back and left. So essentially we had to pay $5 for a remote that “went missing” when we didn’t even get to use the tvs because the remote wouldn’t work. Seemed to me like see wanted to keep our $100 security deposit over a $5 remote. She was very rude and made me extremely uncomfortable.

The exterior was dirty they had trash sitting in buggies, old appliances sitting around, the stairs smelled of urine. The beds had stains on the blankets. The laminate flooring was coming up in places. The base boards were filthy. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the price they charge!

Everything! It was dirty (dirty towel and large plunger in bathroom), toilet would not flush, the security lock was missing, tv did not work, “neighbors” were loud and partied all night. Beer cans were on the balcony in the morning. Didn’t feel safe at all! Our flight was cancelled and we were forced to find a room for the night. This was one of the only rooms available in the area. They charged us over $400 for this room. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Everything, no service, Wi-Fi, phone, elevator, freak fast, trash cans all over filled, smell terrible all around the building. Not at all with the money they charged.

Was right across the street from the beach and had 1st floor access. Staff was nice and room was clean. A/C worked good. For the price it was okay. Big tv and nice furniture.

Had loud neighbors and they had multiple dogs barking at night even though the property states no pets allowed. Bed was uncomfortable and a very thin blanket. No hot water and the pressure was weak. Toilet had problems flushing. WiFi did not work at all even though there was multiple options to choose.

Front desk clerk was very unprofessional. Gave me faulty tv remote that didn't work. Only to swear I was the one to break it....this is 15min into settling in the room. Threatens me if I don't pay a $10 fee for the remote, to have me removed from the premises! Wow to say the least!

The only real benefit to this motel is the location is directly across the street from the beach. The beds were comfortable, minus the flat pillows. The pool had water but is very small and mostly overrun with children. Staff was polite when they were actually there.

You can’t get anyone at the front counter, they’re consistently away for hours at a time. It’s overpriced for the quality, the tv cut out more often then it stays on. They require an extra deposit which they are extremely slow to return.

How kind and understanding the night clerk was when I arrived very upset and stressed by another hotel!! The room was nice and clean and comfortable. Even though you could tell that it's old improvements were being made outside.

The lobby needs attention, and possibly new bathroom doors in the rooms. Better quality towels and more than two in the rooms. Didn't like trying to work the Roku tv.

The location of the place since it’s very close to the beach. The quick assistance when our tub got clotted.

there was absolutely NO hot water. I had a room that was an adjoining room with another VERY LOUD family. also…. my room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and I had just worked 15 hours and was EXHAUSTED. woke up to 5 police cars in the parking lot!!!! was just terrible Al around!!!!
