La habitación olía mucho a humedad. Tuve que apagar el aire y abrir la puerta del balcón para que se ventilara. Por otra parte, dejé olvidado mi cargador del celular, así que envié un email para saber cómo recuperarlo. La única respuesta que tuve fue la solicitud de llenar esta encuesta. Llamé por teléfono varias veces y a diversas horas: Al mediodía me dijeron que llamara a las 4pm; A las 4 pm, me dijeron que llamara al día siguiente a las 10 am que era cuando estaba la encargada de lost & found; A las 10 am me dijeron que les dejara mi número para consultar a lost & found y avisarme (nunca me llamaron); volví a llamar a las 11 am al otro día y me dijeron que llamara más tarde; llamé más tarde en 3 oportunidades y no me atendieron. En resumen, ninguna de las personas que me han contestado el teléfono y leído el email, ha tenido la menor intención de responder a mi solicitud.

We ate breakfast and was good, we also ate a late lunch and it was good but pricey. The staff all were great and friendly. The free shuttle from airport to hotel was nice and easy. They set me up for a shuttle to cruise port and was on time and very easy. Our room was nice and clean with balcony just wish they had chairs on it, to sit down. The pool area was really nice and very clean. I had a nice one night stay before my cruise. Will stay again.

Pani w recepcji okłamała w sprawie depozytu , środki miały zostać zwolnione w 24 godziny po opuszczeniu hotelu . Depozyt zwrócono po 30 dniach. Brak możliwości przechowania bagażu małą recepcja nie działająca winda , nie działający sejf , głośno - budynek się trzęsie przy lądowaniu samolotów nie polecam wybierzcie inny hotel.

No ice machine on my floor No roll in shower as requested, 4 of 6 electrical outlets did not work and only got busy signal when I called to let someone know all I got was a busy signal I'll try down stairs when I finish this review

As always, good service, comfortable bed, good location. The pool area remodel looks very nice and enticing. Free parking, access to a computer and printer, and a 24 hour shuttle are a definite plus.

I would have liked to have a second chair in the room.

Convenient to airport

Found hair on walls of bathroom. Fire alarm went off at 1030pm. Fire exits poorly labeled and lit. No communication from staff on situation. Room & site not as shown in photos. Pool was closed. Only one elevator running. I did not see a restaurant, only overpriced coffee shop. They took a $100 security deposit which I have never experienced before. My 3.0 rating is being very generous.

Bei unserer 3 wöchigen traumhaften Rundreise in Florida leider der einzige Reinfall. Zimmer zum Check in nicht fertig, das Schwimmbad mit Sonnenterrasse wegen Baumaßnahmen geschlossen, wegen Defekten nur ein Aufzug in Betrieb, eine einzige Katastrophe! Schlafen war unmöglich, der Fluglärm ist ja für ein Airporthotel okay, die Museeumsausstellung von schrottreifen Klimaanlagen auf dem Flachdach vor dem Zimmer ist nicht akzeptabel, zudem war die Balkontür nicht zu verschließen! Für 4 Personen gebucht - und bezahlt, dann sollte das sehr dürftige Frühstück nur für 2 Personen inklusive sein, 2 Personen sollten separat bezahlen! Check out ist angeblich bis 12 h, ab 11 h drängte uns das housekeeping raus, das Personal, insbesondere am Check in und out ist zudem extrem unfreundlich, die Zimmer schmuddelig, der Teppichboden verdreckt, Warmwasser stand nicht immer zur Verfügung.

There was one elevator under maintenance during our stay, which caused a little bit of extra time getting from and to the room.

Great Location

The pool was dirty, the shower faucet wouldn’t pressurize properly to take a proper shower, tcl brand tv’s are terrible and constantly buffering, and the room had a strong foot odor.

Information on shuttle transfer was very poor. Website said to call hotel after 11pm but no one answered after many attempts. When I did make contact I was told to wait in wrong spot. Then check in staff poor attitude. For a hotel that primary services the airport this was unacceptable.

Smooth transport between the Airport. Big room. Met our expectations.

Easy with the shuttle , we did not have to wait , the lobby is nice , the outside well kept and the pool area is cozy.

Had to wait over 1 hour for the shuttle. Only 1 elevator operational (10-15min wait time in the am as it’s always full. Pictures advertised do not match the tired property. Room/bathroom not clean, sheets stained, musty smell. Housekeeping came after complaining at reception (phone in room not functional). Language barrier as we don’t speak Spanish… Solution to the smell was to spray the room carpet with whatever out of a bottle. TV constant connectivity issues. Property needs overhaul.
