Everything was very clean and the service was great

The maintenance team were amazing.
To be fair, I was quite disappointed with my trip.
In regards to payment, I believe I went through the channel of texting back and forth with customer care to be certain on the taxes and fees but that was sorted out as I was made to understand how much I needed to pay for taxes and fees.
Upon arrival, as I checking in , I was made to pay additional 400 USD and was told that was for incidentals.
I was made to understand that, the 400 USD will be returned back to me after checkout in full.
However, upon check out, I was told what will be refunded to me is 231 USD which I haven’t received yet and this honestly was unbelievable to me .
Also, it was mentioned to me that whatever I ordered from the hotel will only be deducted from the 35 USD fees paid each day.
I checked out the hotel with everything intact not disrupting any amenities.
Pool was out of use which was disappointing.

Large rooms and well kept premises
Sheets were too short for the bed. Restaraunt menu was limited and my apertiser - burnt.

Es un hotel Marriott, esta es un lugar muy bonito , pero solo tiene un restaurant y la variedad es muy reducida
No hay mucho que escoger en el restaurant , solo se ven escaleras , parece que llegas a un aeropuerto

O café da sexta-feira, que era a la carte, não era muito bom. já o do sábado, o buffet, muito bom.

The location is great. The room looks newly renovate. The room size is big.
I would point more the lack of staff attentiveness.
1st day we arrive the room is fairly clean but their ran out of shampoo which mean the cleaning person did not make a through check.
2nd day we requested for the room to be clean and the towel changed. We were informed that cleaning start at 11 am untill 4pm, we call at 10.45 to remind them. We came back at 9pm at night and none was done. The cleaning stroller was still in the hallway but no one is there. We were to tired to argue and decide to inform tomorrow.
3rd day we informed again for the cleaning and ask for some help to call taxi for next day. But they said to use uber cause there is no taxi.
So thats the last i ask anything to the staff. The only good this is the waiter guy at the bar 1st floor restaurant name Frank. He was really friendly.

Ficamos felizes em poder contar com um atendente que falasse nossa língua (português). Além de muito simpático e atencioso conosco.
Achamos o cardápio do restaurante um pouco restrito nas variações. Poderia ser mais diversificado.

Breakfast area was never too busy. The bar area was lovely at night for a drink and some food. Renovated rooms and bathrooms are beautiful. Very comfortable bed and lovely fresh sheets. View of the bay from the room was beautiful.
I would have liked a balcony or even a window which opened. No fresh air could circulate in the room because of lack of windows.

Desayuno espectacular!!! Soy muy exigente con los desayunos y puedo decir que el de este hotel es excelente, la calidad , la variedad , las atenciones, simplemente 10/10
Habitaciones muy cómodas con hermosa vista.
Hay algunos servicios disponibles que lo cobran en la tarifa final pero que no teníamos conocimiento de antemano, sino hasta el momento del checkout

It was nice. Check-in was difficult and only one person. DO NOT GET BREAKFAST BAR. We were there at 7:30-8a early enough that the food ALL of it was very cold. $33 each. And our waitress would not make any effort to fix it. The outside and the grounds were nice. Also, the pool was not usable. We stayed there because because it was the start of a lifetime. we were going on a cruise. We stayed at a Best Western Plus.

Very luxurious lobby and beautiful rooms with great views. Included $30 food and drink voucher per night which was great ! Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel restaurants menu could have included a bit more options but there was plenty of restaurants near by within walking distance. Everything else was amazing.

There were no bath robes, no shower cap, no Qtips or cotton pads. Room service was delivered in a box and paperbag with plastic knife and fork. They rarely answered the only number you could call for room service or housekeeping. I called the main line to see if I could find someone but all I got was recorded messages. Would never stay in a Marriott ever again. I couldn't wait to check out.

The view of my room was very nice, however, I had stayed here before and remembered the view very different, I think they have remodeled the rooms after the pandemic which it is very good. Good stuff, very good attention. I will definitely be back
My room was never clean and we were there for 3 days, however I cleaning lady stopped one day before our stay and apologized and picked up the trash and refresh our towels

The view was incredible!
As far as the room? I didn't dislike anything! The room was great! The hotel staff was treated me horribly!!! At the front desk, I was looked down upon & accused of not being able to pay my bill. To the point where they told me to "GET OUT!" When all along, it was THEIR mistake w my $ that was causing the issues w my credit card!!! Not a "we're sorry." Not a complimentary drink or ANYTHING!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! I cried!

The hotel had been remodeled and was very clean and upgraded.
The staff was rude. No one was willing to explain anything. The hotel never reviewed how much the incidentals were and kept charging my card daily.

There is no noise cancelation in rooms.
If room is close by the elevator, you can hear all the noises in your room at all times.
