Location was right by the beach and central--allowed us to walk/bike everywhere. Abbott street cafe was down the road -went every morning for coffee. Ran along Abbott Street every morning.

a few more amenities in the room would be awesome - wine glasses for instance.

The location was incredible! Breathtaking, just a 2 min. walk to the beach. The room was everything we (my daughter and I) needed. There was a beautiful front yard with outside furniture, and the bed was very comfortable. I hope to stay there again.

Maybe scale down on some of the pictures in the room. It was fine, just a bit distracting for my taste. It would be more serene with fewer pics. That's the only negative!

2 bedroom suite isn’t really 2 bedrooms. It’s one tiny bedroom and a living room with a big bed in it. But they’re comfortable! Also the place can feel a bit cluttered with random unnecessary things laying around that aren’t useful and could just be put in some storage.

Location was excellent. Quiet neighborhood Staff was very Friendly Outdoor space was great and the privacy was excellent

The bed wasn't comfortable, lots of backpain in the morning due to the mattress sinking in the middle and the lighting in the front was too bright and reflects too much light and this rubs me of some sleeps.

Quirky little place with old fashioned rooms (on purpose). We had the green room. Feels like staying at your grandmothers house. The location is perfect. A few minutes walk from the beach and from all the restaurants. Kelowna is lovely. The owner was friendly.

There are no breakfast options. It's someone's house rather than what I'd call a bed and breakfast but you will still have a pleasant stay there regardless.

Bed was super hard, like sleeping on the floor. Fridge, microwave, under the bathroom sink(nasty) were dirty. Said it has air conditioning, only had forced air and a dinky tiny fan that clicked when on. Someone kept trying the handle on our door. One tiny window. Really cramped and out dated space. Overall i will never stay here again and do not recommend.

Cramped quarters, next to no contact with the owners.

Really easy access from the main road and close to the centre. Also walking distance to the water which is great!
