The location and the subway is nearby.

The carpets needs to be changed, stained and dirty.Also the cooking pots needs to be changed.I bought a new frying pan ,used it during my stay and left it there.

Wonderful location, have stayed here before, the staff is great and the rooms are spacious. Having a kitchenette is the highlight when you’re traveling for work.

The concierge was really warm and nice to talk to.

The wifi connection was really bad. Do not recommend this for business travellers

Basically, it was very useful for me staying at this location. I am very familiar with the neighborhood. I commend Ray from the front desk for his client service skills. The staff in general were nice. The place met my expectations. I would return if I had to.

To start with I hadn't been warned in advance that I would be needing to leave a deposit as security. The person who processed my check-in upon arrival, prepared my lease and charged me upfront 5 weeks in advance, did not issue an itemized invoice. He did not mention that I should be expecting fresh sheets on a weekly basis; I didn't get fresh sheets during the second week. Definetly, he is not a "people person". It was usually hard to get a washing machine available, there were too many people waiting and just 2 washing machines (4 dryers).

Excellent location (my main determining factor + kitchenette), staff very friendly and attentive, was regularly left fresh towels & toilet paper. For Manhattan, a very spacious room.

As compared to other residential hotels,( Affinia, Beekman Tower, etc.), Murray Hills East is dirtier, less equipped ( wall hairdryers that require over an HOUR to dry one’s hair after a 1950s era shower), and the staff is so incredibly disinterested and not helpful in any way. I was here a month. I would never recommend this residential hotel to anyone unless nothing else was available. Not unpleasant, but there are better alternatives.

I like the old school vibe of some of the rooms but it is also mix with some new school design to it feel modern.
