Location was fantastic, very easy to get around. I was happy about the free available parking near by.

Could have been more accommodating with paper towel or hand towels in the bathrooms to dry hands after washing.

Free breakfast and coffee and the location. Staff were very friendly and it had a great atmosphere. Met lots of people. It was super clean. One of the cleanest hostels I've ever stayed at.

There was no a/c or fan in the room, but the room was in the basement so it was cool enough.

Very nice and clean Hostel. The staff is very friendly. The Manager is doing an amazing job maintaining and improving the place, even though the pandemic only allows him to use the bottom beds in the dorm rooms (50% capacity). He went out of his way to accomodate me. The best hostel in Kelowna for sure.

Location was decent.

On arrival we asked the girl who checked us in about parking. On this website and hostel world, parking is advertised as included and free. She stated, parking was free on the street, but only for 1hour. After that bylaw would ticket you. We ended up finding paid city parking about a 15min walk away. Also, we stayed in a 3 person private room in the basement. It was winter, and the room did not have any vents, meaning it was not heated! The three of us ended up wearing our sweaters and hats to sleep. The next night we found a cracked space heater in the closet. Presumably this was the heat source for the room. But also a fire hazard. Finally, no public health measures were being followed. At no point did the staff or other guests wear a mask. The hostel was running at full capacity. High touch surfaces were not being cleaned. No hand sanitizer was available. And guests were partying and drinking is the common areas following no physical distancing measures.
