Good location (3 bus stops from transit center, most supermarkets ~1 km away, grocery, pharmacy). Room very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean, room also clean. Staff was always there, extremely helpful and polite. Fast internet connection. Price was probably the best compared to other hotels in the area.
Room carpet and furniture a bit old. A/C was on some occasions noisy. Stayed for weeks. My only complaint was having 2-3 times towels fresh-washed, still with old stains. Had an issue with wi-fi for 1 day although I stayed very long, so this was rather the exception .

Beds are super comfy, ice machine and laundry on site, fridge and microwave in room.
Staff is super friendly and accommodating no matter who's manning the front desk.
Lots of good food options in the area as well.

The location and accommodations were okay. The location was good. The bed was comfortable.
The staff. They doubled booked me because they couldn't figure out how to work with Bookings to solve a declined payment from Bookings. The manager then refused to work with Bookings to prevent the double bill. Once the matter was resolved I got charged an extra day that couldn't be refunded. Nor did the manager seem interested in helping me with that. He seemed really interested in only taking my $. In short I found the manager of the hotel to be rude and incompetent.

the sink was clogged and over flooded when flushing the toilet. that was absolutely disgusting. The duty manager did not do anything about it in the 2 days that I spent and was not offered an apology.

I liked the fact that when the wifi proved to be so weak that it was unusable, I had brought a book to read.
Management is incompetent and rigid. There was a problem with Booking.com's payment to the hotel for my stay even though my payment to Booking.com was ok. When I arrived, the manager told me the room wasn't paid for. I insisted it was.
He told me that if I wanted to stay there, I would have to call Booking.com and have them call him. I told him that was his responsibility, not mine. If he was unhappy with them, he should be the one to call them. "That's not the way it works" he told me.
But then he said he would help me out by letting me use my deposit to pay him for the room because I looked tired.. But I would still have to call Booking.com.
So exhausted at the end of the day, I called Booking.com and waited for the situation to be resolved. It was, of course but I was really annoyed by the whole situation.
The next morning when I checked out, he blamed Booking.com and complained about 3rd parties and the commissions they get. I told him if he didn't like third parties, he shouldn't use them.
In fact I wish he hadn't used a 3rd party--if he hadn't, I and all the others who left strongly worded negative comments on Booking.com never would have stayed there, and it would have saved me and others a lot of aggravation.

It is a standard room representing the price we paid for one night.
The room had a strange smell at the beginning.
However what we dislike the most is that our guarantee money is still being blocked even after 20 days passed since our accommodation. There was not any notification from the hotel that something went wrong and they didn't reply to our message regarding that issue.

When I first came to the hotel, I was served by the manager who originally informed me he couldn’t find my reservation I made a month ago. Then gave me a hard time about the deposit that isn’t listed in their hotel policy.

in disabled room the shower head does not work properly. it is handheld but no longer is attached to the wall and water squirts out of the hose.

Small coffee machine in room; no breakfast. However, the motel did not charge us for the water and juice in the room, which is amazing these days. We asked for a 1st floor room for accessibility and the staff was able to accommodate us despite being fully booked or nearly fully booked. Glad to get a room under $100 on a weeknight in Silicon Valley. (It could have been $20 cheaper at various motels if I had been able to book earlier than 5 days before.) I would stay here again if I have a Booking Genius discount.
This is surely very rare but the staff were not able to issue us a room key on the day we arrived. The person working when we checked in said that there was an issue with the key card equipment, so we never got a key before going to sleep at midnight. The staff were clear that we could ask them at any hour to be let into our room again if we go out. The next day the manager said that the equipment was fine and that the problem had been the employee's understanding of the equipment. = The training or documentation was not adequate for the new employee.

tv didn't work in the first room so i asked to be upgrated to another room and was told to pay $80 extra in cash which was weird cause he had my credit card on file, im sure he pocked that money because he didn't even change it on the computer very strange. Asked not to be disturbed in the morning but yet the house cleaner kept knocking and even tried opening up the door good thing I had the bolt lock on the door. So in total i spent $300 dissatisfied never again

The location was perfect.
When I arrived the gentlemen working was not expecting me even though I had a reservation. I reserved 1 queen room. He confirmed before giving me key. When I went into the room, I was put into a double queen room. The room smelt horrible, it was filthy and not what I expected at all. I brought Clorox wipes with me, so I wiped everything down that I would touch. The wipes were brown after I used them. There was coffee splatters on the bathroom counter and wall, so I cleaned that up. No shower mat was provided. The WIFI did not work. I even went to the office and the gentlemen couldn’t help. Provided me the info but it did not work in the room I was in. To top it off, I received a phone call at 9:40pm from the front desk stating I did not have a reservation! I had to be up at 4am! Why would they call that late. I had been in that room since 4pm! Ugh. When I checked out the next morning no one was even in the lobby and they had the doors locked! So disappointing!
