Outside could have been cleaner

The outside was beautiful but our room was dirty and my partner found molded food next to the heat/air unit. The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and knowledgeable.

Dirty room molded food on floor sticky all over the counter.

The shower was better than expected and had very warm water.

Some of the room items did not work, such as the hair dryer.

It wasn't too far from Stamford hospital

Due to my son having Hodgkin's lymphoma cancer, we have frequently stayed in the Area for the last year and a 1/2. Since he is being treated at Stanford hospital. We've stayed at multiple hotels, front end clerk was very understanding tells and let us check in early due to us living in the 209 area. Also, having to do with super bad traffic and not knowing when we will be arriving. The clerk said we cannot check in early. she gave us the time we could check in so we waited around until that time and was told the room was still not ready. We had no time to freshen up before the appointment. After the appointment, we returned to the hotel to find the room very dissatisfying. The wallpaper coming off the walls, stains coming through the walls from the bathroom, shower door hinges were completely rusted, the nasty bathroom door not being able to close properly having to shove it shut, mold throughout the bathroom and toilet seat falling off. It was a horrible experience. If there's any way to be reimbursed it would be very much appreciated. We are very very very dissatisfied.

a little run down. could use an update. still manageable.

The man at the front desk was very nice and personable. They’re working on the place, so I would try it again.
