The room my family and I had was clean and smelled clean. But this hotel has not give me back my husband dollar security deposit back and it's been almost 3 weeks since I was there

Convenient location - close to food, retail, airport

Front desk staff are not welcoming, un-attentive and needs attitude adjustment. Misleading description in “free shuttle service” The hotel does NOT provide free shuttle service, they insist they took it off from all of their platforms but I showed them it’s clearly stated on Bookings.com. No offer for reimbursement, credit, 0. oh and key card did not work on 1st attempt to go into my room (it was the right door, promise) front desk gave me a new one, until it STOPPED working again the next day and had to get a new one, again. I can’t imagine if it would have happened after-hours. No smoking was allowed on property yet my room smelled like cigarettes the minute I opened & elsewhere on the property. Fridge did NOT work, smelled like it was in a pool of clorox!!! Last but not least ROACHES! I found atleast 4 roaches throughout my 2 night stay. (night stand, drawers, bathroom) The only reason why I did not saying anything I did not find it worth it arguing over a room where im sure the rest are the same & i was only staying for a day and a half. PERFECT location, but will never come back.

The room was spacious, comfortable, easily accessible, and close to everything I needed to conduct my bushiness. The hotel was lively, fun, and loaded with patrons. Each room was immaculate, the staff were not only helpful, but flexible and genuinely concerned with the contentedness of their guests. Very pleasant stay and will book again going forward

There was a fistfight in the parking lot the first night and the bar was never open.

The hotel had a lot of animals living there and the owners allow the dogs to poop in the grass and not cleaned it up. So much strange people hang around the hotel. The bed sink in in just one night the office close early and you have to call security to check out..

The hotel was walking distance to the plaza.

it was dirty. smelled like cigarettes, rude over the phone, moldy walls, a hair on my toilet seat, dirty spots on bed, dirty floor, desk chair had white stains. not the same as the pictures !! waste of money !

Then room was not clean. The halls were dirty and had a lot or garbage bags. The smell in the room was really bad.

$100 deposit for a stay that was prepaid. The condition of the property. Motel 6 is better than this. This appeared to be a long-term stay location for the disaffected. Paint every where. In light switches, mirrors, the floor and more. The disco light bulb in the night table lamp-- is this a rent-by-the-hour hotel? The half-melted microwave was disturbing. Literally there were bags of trash outside on the walkways. One room card? $10 for a second one? That's weak!

It need Tobe up date , there no bath tube relly didn't like flor bath I gets wet all over the bathroom, thin walls, next door smoking and you can smell it on my room fromm the bathroom vent no security pp were outside smoking pot and being loud, front desk didn't even ask if my stay was good.

the worst. they took $100 deposit, they took $94 for king bed room that I booked. they didn’t say to me that they don’t have king bed rooms. instead they gave me key for a two twin beds room that was a disaster. came back to front desk and asked for why they didn’t tell me about the king bed room unavailability. their response was shocking saying we don’t have it and you already paid for the room. I asked to cancel my reservation and they declined. I had to leave immediately
