The property was good with price and location

I didn’t like that I had to give up the room that my kids were staying in because they saw about 4 bugs within a 15 minute period.

My stay at from 5/16 to 5/22 was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I particularly appreciate the assistance provided by the lady at the front desk during check-in (apologies for forgetting her name). Overall, I have no complaints about my experience. Thank you for a pleasant stay!"

in 9 days, the room cleaned once, which was unacceptable

I liked the location and room style

No notice that the pool or jacuzzi was not accessible . Main reason we chose the location before booking. Room wear and tear needs to be corrected . No daily room turnover . Hallways no A/c
