Bed and room ready early, paying transfer shuttle to cruise ship available.

Walking forever in the heat with all our luggage for very long distance and waiting while standing for 1 hr for courtesy shuttle. Would have taken a cab instead of that nightmare!

Rooms smelled like smoke, weed, or way too much air freshener. I had to change rooms because it was making me feel sick.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and nicely put together upon our arrival, and the overall location was close to many restaurants. We thorougly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back 😀

Room was clean and comfortable but bed was too high. We’re both short and it was hard to get in and out of the bed. We had asked about the free airport shuttle and the response we got was confusing. Had to call the hotel to get correct info. Breakfast was very basic and they ran out of almost everything. When I told the front desk, was told to look for the guy in the blue shirt. She then went to the food area, picked up a muffin for herself and did nothing else. Blue shirt finally arrived and reloaded some items but they quickly ran out again. From my point of view, hotel needs better managing and some adult supervision.

I wish more fast food restaurants were near us in that location ! We had to pay for a ride to go to a restaurant the traffic was so busy it was hard to get across the street to eat.Next day we did see some places on up the street to go eat on our side.It was a good little walk for someone older Shuttle service to local places would have been nice since we had never been there and we didn't know where anything was.. Everything else was good though! We just got there later and it was dark.Maybe a local map of the area would have helped.

Bed was comfortable and transfer to hotel fine.

Room was very musty. We took the stairway and it stunk very bad. It appears old garbabe in stairwill.. Our shower leaked all over the floor. a big mess
